Even as the September Holiday ends, there is still so much to look forward to. Here's our selection of the top 5 things to do this week with kids!

While many events are coming to an end, we also see the announcement of more family-friendly events popping up or being announced. This week's list will include tickets that you should pre-purchase now as well as some ideas for family fun this week.

1. Get Tickets To Disney In Concert

Venue: Singapore Indoor Stadium

This December, Disney in Concert is back and you are invited to the world of “A Magical Celebration”! Premiering in Singapore with four live performers, this magical experience will include wonderful musical pieces featuring Disney’s iconic movies with a 46-piece orchestra, accompanied by original Disney footage. 

Tickets are rather pricey so make use of the 5% early bird from 10 Sep - 10 Oct to get your tickets! Tickets before discounts are $152, $132, $112, and $92 and available on Trip.com.  

2. Get Tickets To The Doraemon Exhibition Singapore 2022

The Doraemon Exhibition Singapore 2022 makes its debut outside Japan at the National Museum of Singapore from 5 November 2022 to 5 February 2023. The exhibition will bring together a selection of contemporary artworks that reinterprets Doraemon in our changing world and showcases its cultural impact in contemporary history.

Tickets are available now on Klook at $30 per pax. 

3. Have An Early Halloween Celebration @ Universal Studios Singapore

It's time to get into the spirit of Halloween with Universal Studios Singapore's daytime Halloween event, Trick or Thrills. Running from 7 September to 6 November 2022, the popular event returns with an array of fun-filled family programmes that are suitable for all ages!

Families can expect a park-wide procession to collect sweets from the Sweet & Sour Squad to meet and greet opportunities with your favourite characters including Minions, Gru's Girls, Sesame Street, the Trolls and more! 

4. Make One Last Visit To Jurong Bird Park

Venue: Jurong Bird Park
Date: now to 3 Jan 2023, 8.30am to 6pm

The iconic Jurong Bird Park will be moving from its current location to Mandai in 2022 and they have planned a series of activities to commemorate its 52 years in Jurong. 

From now till 3 January 2023, take a walk down memory lane and join in the festivities with "A Flight To Remember" as the park celebrates its final flight at its current Jurong premises. Families can go on a heritage trail or join a nostalgic tour as the relive their memories of visiting the park. 

5. Learn Bouldering At Planet Boulder's Lift-Off! Guided Session For Families

Venue: 604 Sembawang Road, #B1-22/23, Singapore 758459
Date: Fridays, 7.15pm - 8.15pm
Fee: $45 per pax (min. 2 pax to start session)

Here's an opportunity for families to give bouldering a try! Head down to Boulder Planet where they offer "Lift Off!" a one-hour bouldering experiential experience for families and kids. This session is for the first-timers who like to give this extreme sport a try. The package will included a dedicated instructor to guide you too. 

Do note that the session requires participants to be 6 years old and above (0.9 min. height). You will need to book for a min. of 2 participants, up to a max. of 6 participant.
