ART-ZOO Happy ZOObilee runs from 27 May to 27 August 2023. Explore this unique trail where you can take photos with instagrammable inflatable art sculptures, engage with interactive trail stations along with the Happy ZOObilee Trail Booklet and learn more about Singapore Zoo’s star animals. Make your way to the Pavilion by the Lake for the celebration finale!
Trail Stations

Explore the various interactive trail stations along the trail to learn more about Singapore Zoo’s star animals’ characteristics and quirks! Find out the different ways elephants can use their trunks, what is our Giant Tortoise’s favourite snacks and many more.

Round up the Happy ZOObilee celebrations at Pavilion by the Lake and join Ah Meng and friends on the Happy ZOObilee Party inflatable art playground! Hop on to a colourful 21m long inflatable art playground as you party alongside them.

Wish a Happy ZOObilee to Singapore Zoo

Learn how to make recycled paper out from used papers when you join the Happy ZOObilee card making workshop. Get crafty as you create unique textures and patterns by incorporating natural materials and dyes into the paper. Enjoy $2 off the workshop when you bring your own compostable materials!

Our Experience
Thanks to the Mandai Wildlife Reserves for inviting us to experience the Happy ZOObilee activities! We gone through it and here's our experience and hopefully this helps your trip to the zoo!
- Be prepared for lots of walking!
The trail involves quite a bit of walking so it is best to come dressed in comfy attire and covered shoes.
- Use of strollers is highly recommended
If you have younger kids, it is best to bring along a stroller to bring them around the Zoo. Alternatively, you may also choose to rent a stroller or wagon from the rental counter that’s located right by the Zoo’s entrance.
- Trail Booklet
Do note that the collection of the Happy ZOOBilee Trail Booklet is at the Boat Dock (next to the Babirusa exhibit), which is not exactly at the start point of the trail. Also, trail booklets are only made available to kids between the ages of 3 to 12.
- Activities at Pavilion by the Lake
The trail ends at Pavilion by the Lake. This is also where most of the activities take place. There are workshops for the kids to participate in, such as the Recycled Paper Making Workshop. This is also where the kids can redeem a limited edition Happy ZOObilee Pin upon completion of all six activities in the trail booklet. There’s also a message board where you can leave your well-wishes for Singapore Zoo’s Golden ZOObilee!
- Inflatable Art Playground at Pavilion by the Lake
There’s a maximum play time of 5 minutes at any one time. Do also expect to wait to go onto the Inflatable Art Playground as a maximum of 10 pax are allowed to be on it at any one time.
