The Learn to Dive programme is designed by Orla Gilmore, Singapore’s Youth Olympics Team Coach. Expect to jump right into the basics of diving into shallow water, by the poolside and from the one-metre springboard. Children 6 years old and above will be instructed by certified diving coaches and will learn basic diving skills before advancing to twists, somersaults and diving from the 5-metre platform!

The Artistic Swimming programme is led by Head Coach Crystal Yap, who clinched Singapore’s first Southeast Asian Games Artistic Swimming gold medal in 2015. Children between 8 and 13 years old will pick up basic skills such as sculling, egg beater, and rhythm and counting, before progressing to an artistic routine.

Previously known as ‘synchronised swimming’, artistic swimming develops your creativity and flexibility as artistic swimmers can tweak and even choreograph their own routines.
