About PAssionArts Festival 2025
The PAssionArts Festival 2025 invites residents in over 60 heartland villages to rediscover “Our Neighbourhood Gems” by creating vibrant, resident-made art installations in everyday spaces, from void decks to playgrounds. Running from July to September 2025, the festival features hands-on workshops, live performances, and interactive art designed and built by residents themselves.
In commemoration of SG60, this year’s festival celebrates how far we’ve come as a nation by turning our heartlands into living galleries of shared stories, memories and hopes for the future, all shaped by the people who call these neighbourhoods home.
