Our Art Studio

Our Art Studio (OAS) was founded in 2017 for the purpose of forwarding the Arts and Arts education in Singapore. OAS's goal is to bring the joy of art to all, allowing both adults and children to have a chance to hone their innate artistic talent.

Recognizing the uniqueness of every individual, our well loved art classes are customized to suit each and everyone. We have conducted these classes for children from the age of 2.5 years and up as well as for adults with considerably positive results.

Through our classes and events, we have proven that regardless of skill level or age, even the most modest novice can enjoy art. Come and let OAS bring out the artist in you!

Art Trial Class

Customized art classes. Students can choose to try out one of these mediums:

  • Acrylic Painting 
  • Oil Painting
  • Drawing and Sketching 
  • Watercolour Painting
  • Clay Works

  • Nagomi Art (Soft Pastels) 

Art Trial Options:

  • 1.5 Hrs @ $50
  • 2 Hrs @ $65
  • 3 Hrs @ $90

    Package inclusive of materials required for Class. Min of 1 student and max of 5 students per teacher.

                • No refund is provided for classes not utilised before the expiry date
                • Purchase directly on BYKidO to receive Redemption No. as proof of purchase

                • Booking must be made at least 3 days in advance for attending classes, and is subject to availability
                • Preferred schedule is subject to school’s approval. Kindly check with the school on the available vacancies before purchase.
                • No rescheduling or cancellation allowed once booking is confirmed.

                Understand the Types of Listings on BYKidO and how you may enjoy the various offerings available on the website. There are 3 listing types and 3 main redemption mechanics. 

                Listing type refers to what is listed on bykido.com, and redemption mechanics refers to how you can use your purchase. 

                Listing Types

                This refers to what is listed on bykido.com. You will see the listing type stated on the top of each listing. There are 3 listing types, Direct, Coupons and External.

                Direct Listings

                Direct are purchase made directly on bykido.com for the listed service and/or product. You will pay to BYKidO for the service or product. Additional fees may be payable to the partner, eg, delivery, material, etc, and these will be stated within the listing.  

                To use your purchase, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 

                Coupon Listings

                Coupons allows you to enjoy exclusive promotions and deals with our partners. For these listings, you purchase the Coupon on bykido.com to enjoy the benefit with our partners. 

                In general, there are 2 payments to be made, 

                1. to purchase the Coupon with BYKidO.
                2. to pay for the merchant partner's offering directly with to the merchant. 

                To use your Coupon, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 

                Externa Listings

                External listings are for purchases not made on bykido.com. You are either provided with a promo code to complete payment with our merchant partner or redirected to our partner's page to complete your purchase directly with them. 

                Specific instructions are provided within the listings. 

                Redemption Mechanics

                This refers to how you use your purchase eVoucher, ticket or promo code listing. Specific instructions are provided within the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

                The redemption mechanics will be stated in the confirmation email sent to you on any purchase made. 

                Contact the Merchant Partner

                An email with a Redemption No. will be sent to your registered email address. You will contact and book directly with the merchant (unless otherwise stated in the individual listing), using the Redemption No. as an identifier. 

                Specific instructions will be provided in the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

                eWallet Redemption

                The purchase has been added to your eWallet, and the eWallet link will be sent to you via email and SMS. Simply show your eWallet at the partner's venue, and our partner will enter their unique PIN. You may retrieve your eWallet here

                If you do not receive the email or SMS, please go to your eWallet and update your personal information. Phone no. should be in the format +65 XXXX XXXX. 

                Specific instructions will be provided in the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

                No Action Required

                There's is no further action required on your end (unless otherwise stated in the redemption instructions). The partner will fulfill your redemption accordingly and their contact details are provided in the listing, in case you need to contact them.

                We offer 100% refunds for items not yet received or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

                What can be refunded?

                When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

                What cannot be refunded?

                Once the item has been received or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

                Refund Assistance 

                For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
