2. National Day Celebrations 2018 At Marina Barrage
Location: Marina Barrage, 8 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore 018951

Watch RSAF fighter jets’ aerial performances and fireworks lighting up the night sky up close from Marina Barrage’s green rooftop. There will also be a live telecast of the National Day Parade.
Feel free to grab some bites at the food truck and indulge your inner shopaholic at the flea market stalls offering various good from pre-loved clothes to small snacks while your little ones keep busy with bouncy castles, carnival games and rides.

3. Celebrate National Day @ SYSNMH

5. National Day Open House 2018 at National Museum of Singapore

Take a walk through Singapore’s history with the exhibitions at Singapore History Gallery, Life in Singapore: The Past 100 Years Galleries, Goh Seng Choo Gallery: Magic and Menace, and Gallery 10: Moving Memories, featuring artefacts from bygone years, interactive installations about growing up, and nostalgia-inducing animated murals like the traditional kopi-making, barbers in back lanes and fortune tellers.
Settle down for the live screening of the National Day Parade, take part in the coloring competition for families, little ones can bounce till their legs are wobbly at the inflatable playgrounds, immerse in a storytelling session, and complete a scavenger hunt to redeem a 3D model or sculpted balloon. Â

6. Celebrate the nation's 53rd birthday with the wildlife park's fellow Singaporeans

7. Celebrate the Singapore Spirit at Sentosa

Go big or go home seems to be Sentosa’s motivation for this National Day.
Please be forewarned that any humongous beef satays, traditional kuehs or other iconic dishes you find at Merlion Plaza are not to be eaten. You’re welcome and encouraged even, to strike a pose and snap a shot with the sculptures.Â
Pop into Sentosa to enjoy a string of musical performances every Saturday of August, spot the food theme characters as they rove about Beach Station, keep your little ones entertained at the Pots and Pans play area and watch them groove to the beat at the Pots and Pans Performance by Mise En Place.

9. Sports Hub National Day Fiesta 2018

In celebration of the nation’s 53rd birthday, Sports Hub brings to Singapore an array of exhilarating sporting and family-friendly festivities to ignite the spirit of ‘We Are Singapore @ The Hub’. Visitors will be able to participate in fitness workouts, sports challenges and family bonding activities.
Parents can also keep their kids entertained with the various family-friendly activities including bubble performances, block-building challenges, bouncy castles, and ethnic craft activities such as tile and batik painting, bookmark-making and pyssia beads coaster art where participants can bring home their own masterpiece.
There will also be flag-making activities, badge-making workshops, and storytelling sessions at the Singapore Sports Museum and Sports Hub Library throughout the day.
