Okinawa Shiki Omakase at Fat Cow

This winter, Fat Cow, the Japanese Wagyu specialist and fine dining destination, unveils a new chapter of its Shiki Omakase series. Curated by Head Chef Shingo Iijima, the Okinawa editions celebrate the colder months and Japan’s southern islands with deeper umami, gentle warmth, and quietly luxurious textures — all expressed through meticulous technique, premium seafood, and Kagoshima Akune Gold A5 Wagyu.

Okinawa Shiki Omakase (12 January - 5 February 2026):

  • A limited-time $118++ omakase spotlighting the flavours of Okinawa’s seas and islands.

  • Courses feature Okinawan mozuku seaweed and fish bone soup, shikuwasa-accented Sujiara, yuzu-marinated Mekajiki, Hamadai lightly cured with sake and salt, Sodeika “Kikka” Sushi, Okinawan Shima-Dako, Kuruma Ebi, and Otoro from Okinawan tuna belly.

  • The experience culminates in an Okinawan Tuna & Wagyu Chirashi Sushi and Okinawan Sea Salt Ice Cream, with the option to add the Yakiniku-style Akune Gold A5 Wagyu Chirashi Donburi (+$30).

1-for-1 Regular Buffet at Suki-Ya VivoCity

Suki-Ya is kicking off the new year with a value-packed 1-for-1 Regular Buffet promotion at its VivoCity outlet, running from 5 to 8 January 2026! This promotion is available for lunch from 11.30am to 3.30pm and dinner from 5.30pm to 9.30pm, and for the first 100 customers each day and each lunch/dinner session. 

Each diner is also required to purchase a drink at $2.90++ per pax (both adult & children), with ice cream available as an add-on for just $1.The entire table has to opt for the 1-for-1 promotion. Children at the table will be charged the adult price.

Suki-Ya’s Regular Buffet is offered on a walk-in only basis, with a 60-minute dining limit. Other T&Cs may apply and to check directly with outlet. 

China's No.1 Crab Pot Pang Pang Offers 50% OFF for Second Pot

Food Republic has reopened just in time for the new year at Suntec City (#B1-115), unveiling a refreshed theme and an all-new mix of tenants set to elevate the food court experience and delight diners of all tastes.

The revamped Food Republic now features eight new stalls, including London Fat Roast and Yuen Kee Dumpling, bringing together a diverse range of cuisines and flavours under one roof.

WHITE Restaurant's Abalone Bakkwa Yusheng Below $50

WHITE Restaurant welcomes Chinese New Year 2026 with a refreshed festive menu celebrating family ties, prosperity, and togetherness. This year, the homegrown brand proudly introduces a new menu line-up, headlined by its much-anticipated collaboration with Bee Cheng Hiang, with festive creations infused with the latter’s iconic bakkwa, pork floss, and crispy pulled pork twist.

Available from 13 Jan to 3 Mar 2026 for both dine-in and takeaway, WHITE Restaurant’s Chinese New Year offerings spotlight the Golden Horse Abundance Bakkwa Yusheng, offered in Abalone or Gui Fei variants, alongside exclusive collaboration dishes such as Fortune Mongolian Pork Ribs with Pork Floss and Pork Floss Salted Egg Crispy Shimeji.

Greenwood Fish Market 

Greenwood Fish Market (GFM) ushers in the Lunar New Year with its annual Yu Sheng offerings, anchored by the brand’s directly imported cold-water seafood, flown multiple times weekly. Designed for generous sharing and flexibility, the Salmon and Lobster Yu Sheng sets are portioned for 6–8 pax and dressed with chef-owner Alan Lee’s signature calamansi plum sauce, premium olive oil and traditional condiments — a familiar hallmark for regulars.

The Yu Sheng and festive range is available for dine-in, takeaway, and corporate orders at GFM’s Bukit Timah and Sentosa outlets from 1 Feb to 5 Mar 2026.

Thanying ushers in the Lunar New Year with an exquisite showcase of royal Thai dining, featuring Thai-Chinese inspired festive menus and seasonal specialties designed for joyous reunions and auspicious gatherings.

Available from 2 Feb to 3 Mar 2026, this showcase of culinary delights include four celebratory and a vegetarian set menus, alongside a selection of à la carte specialties and takeaway exclusives crafted specially for the season.

Curated under the direction of Head Chef Tamawat Itthipornwithool (Chef Gust), this year’s Lunar New Year offerings are inspired by his Thai-Chinese heritage. Each dish masterfully blends traditional Thai techniques, premium ingredients, and meaningful symbolism. Beloved festive classics are reimagined into a refined culinary experience, presented with the precision, elegance, and sophistication of royal Thai cuisine.

Genki Sushi’s Lobster Season and Yusheng

Genki Sushi’s special Lobster Season dine-in menu runs from 2 Jan to 4 Mar 2026, featuring a mix of new creations and well-loved classics. The menu will be launched in two waves, with several signature items including the Inari Lobster Salad, Lobster Salad Maki, Lobster Salad Gunkan, Lobster Salad Edo-mae Sushi and Lobster Cream Croquette available throughout the entire season.

Also,  the Salmon Noodle Yusheng returns with long ribbons of fresh salmon drizzled with a bright, citrusy Yuzu sauce. The Abalone Yusheng offers whole taels of premium abalone, topped with the same fragrant Yuzu dressing. 

To complete celebrations at home, Genki Sushi also offers a selection of crowd-favourite takeaway platters, including the Family Feast, Salmon Supreme Set, and various Special Sets. The Yusheng and takeaway platters are available for takeaway and delivery only, from 27 Jan to 4 Mar 2026 at all Genki Sushi outlets.

Pepper Lunch’s All-New Mala Series

Pepper Lunch kicks off the Year of the Horse with a bold first — its first-ever mala creation served on a sizzling hot teppan, specially crafted for Chinese New Year 2026.

Available exclusively at Pepper Lunch Restaurants from 6 January to 23 February 2026 is the Mala Prosperity Toss. The traditional chilled salad of the Yusheng is reimagined as a vibrant mala stir-fry, bringing together festive symbolism, fiery flavours and Pepper Lunch’s signature sizzling experience. This can be enjoyed either as Seafood ($18.80) or Beef ($17.80).

To round off the festive spread, Pepper Lunch Restaurants will also introduce a limited-time Yuzu Cake ($4.90) — a light, citrusy dessert symbolising fresh beginnings for the new year. Diners who spend more than $48 will also receive a FREE Giant Red Packet which contains a set of Peppie Couplets, and six regular size red packets, available while stocks last.

    54° Steakhouse Unveils Korean Hanwoo Beef

    54° Steakhouse introduces prized Korean Hanwoo beef to its line-up of globally sourced steaks, giving diners in Singapore a rare chance to experience one of Korea’s most sought-after and tightly allocated beef varieties.

    Available in limited quantities as Striploin and Ribeye, the 1++ grade, BMS 9 Hanwoo is showcased in the restaurant’s signature open-fire style, highlighting its naturally clean, sweet flavour, luxurious marbling and slightly firmer texture that allows the rich jus and pure beef character to shine.

    At 54° Steakhouse, each 250g Hanwoo steak is first wet aged for at least 14 days, then dry aged for a further 7 days to deepen the flavour while preserving the distinctive freshness and texture of Korean beef. The steaks are seasoned with the restaurant’s proprietary seven-spice blend, grilled over flaming ironbark and finished over glowing white binchotan, creating deep caramelisation and a smoky, aromatic crust.

    Priced from $178++ for 250g, these Hanwoo cuts are currently offered as intermittent specials, with the intention of introducing Hanwoo as a regular feature on the steak menu in the near future.
