14. Nourishing Cantonese delights this summer at Yàn

15. Celebrate Father's Day at Binary

From 17 June to 17 July, Binary offers a month-long menu featuring dry-aged 44 Farms USDA Super Prime ribeye from Maturo and whisky from GlenDronach - the second oldest legal whisky producer in Scotland.
Maturo’s dry-aged USDA Super Prime ribeye (250 grams) is served in Binary’s signature approach – guests can choose either Asian or Western accompaniments with their steak. Red wine sauce and rock salt presents the classic Western pairing, while Japanese yuzu kosho complements the steak with citrusy and spicy notes.

Highlights include a starter of duck foie gras terrine and multi-spherical anchovy that continues the Catalan tradition of mar i muntanya with French duck liver and L’Escala anchovy served with green apple and confit onion purées.
