Frolic with An Adorable Sea Dragon

Perched atop a lofty hill lies the cutest sea dragon, and it’s just waiting to say hi! It has tons of surprises all along its body — start your adventure at its mouth, which has a small tunnel that’s perfect for a game of hide-and-seek. Then, make your way up to the little bridge that stretches along its back, before zooming down any of the two slides.

Navigate across dangling ropes at its rear end, or how about scaling a small rock climbing wall? Our three-and-a-half-year-old had a blast clambering up and down — complete with a small smile of pride that she did it all on her own!

Scale a Towering Play Structure

That’s not all: the kids will absolutely love the giant play structure, which promises great fun for all ages. For the braver ones, there’s even a tall winding slide that curves down from the top.

Lots of Play Elements for the Little Ones Too

Too small to navigate the climbing sections? Younger children can still have a blast at the swings, interactive boards, seesaws (shaped like a boat, of course), and the spinning roundabout.

What to Bring

To access the playground, you’ll either have to walk up a paved walkway that curves along a small hill. Good walking shoes are recommended! Sunscreen, insect repellent, and a towel (to wipe away all that sweat!) are good to have as well

Our Experience

Parents, you can even take turns to burn some calories at one of the adjacent seashell-shaped fitness corners. Now, how’s all that for sticking to the theme? We especially liked the long stretch of interactive boards as well, which delved into themes of shapes, colours, and numeracy.

What a great way for kids to learn whilst having fun at the same time! We felt that the playground had a good mix of play elements, and will delight both the older and younger kids.

Location

The playground is easy to get to by car, with the nearest parking available at the multi-storey carpark at Block 459A, Pasir Ris Zone 3. Otherwise, take buses 39, 109, or 81 from Pasir Ris MRT station bus stop (at exit B) to the bus stop at block 442 (six minutes, three stops). From there, the playground can be reached in a short six minutes on foot.
