Celebrate Easter and Mother’s Day with Porta’s brunch platters, which are available for both dine-in and delivery. The restaurant is offering two thematic platters – the Family Favourite Platter, which includes Smoked Salmon and Guacamole Croissant, Chicken Chipolata Sausage and Grilled Asparagus, and the Family Feast Platter, which comes with Eggs Benedict with Pork Ham, Crispy Bacon and Waffles among others.
Priced at $45++ per platter, it is available on 4 Apr and 9 Mar, from 12 pm to 4 pm if you are dining in at the restaurant. Delivery is available from 11 am to 3 pm and 1-day advance order notice is required.
2. Secrets of a Claypot at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant

The newly refurbished Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road presents the return of Executive Cantonese Chef Leung Wing Cheung’s signature A La Carte Claypot creations and nourishing soups. Inspired by his Cantonese roots and a speciality at the restaurant, diners can savour the claypot dishes à la carte or look forward to a mouth-watering seven-course set menu that offers a choice of two claypot favourites.
Highlights include family-favourite Claypot Rice with Live Frog, Waxed Meat and Mushroom, Claypot Rice with Spare Ribs, Yam and Waxed Meat and Braised Venison with Vermicelli in Spicy Chilli Sauce. Priced at $28 per order from the a la carte menu and $52 per person for the seven-course menu (min 4 persons to dine), the offer is valid till 30 Apr 2021.
3. Abalone Indulgence at Hai Tien Lo

A la carte dishes start from $18 while a six-course set menu is available at $138 per diner at the restaurant.

The Line Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel is presenting a special a la carte buffet lunch at $50++, with unlimited servings of 50 delectable dishes from Monday to Friday.
Available from 15 Mar to 23 Apr 2021 (not valid on special events, eve of and on Public Holidays), the buffet lunch features premium seafood and prime roasts such as Snow Crab, Sashimi and Australian Angus Beef Sirloin. Authentic ethnic dishes will take your tastebuds around the world and back with Goan Fish Curry, Seafood Pad Thai, Lebanese Arayes Kafta and local delights including Salted Egg Crab, Prawn Paste Chicken and Lobster Laksa.
