If You Give a Dog a Donut  by Laura Numeroff and illustrated by Felicia Bond

Brought to you by Owl Readers Club

We are delighted to be invited by BYKidO to provide book reviews of children picture books on a regular basis. For our first inaugural review, we have decided to share with you a book about a Dog and a Donut!

Book Review by Owl Readers Club

If You Give a Dog a Donut is one of the books in the “If You Give …” series written by Laura Numeroff. Simple to read to your little one(s) between 3 to 5 years old and with clean and easy on the eye illustrations, it is no wonder that this series of books has been a hit to parents and children alike.

Whilst it is unlikely that your pet dog (if you have one) is anything like the one in the book, If You Give a Dog a Donut helps to introduce the idea of a pet dog to your little one(s) and provides a list of activities that you can do with them!

Our son has fallen in love with this book after reading it to him a few times as he is always tickled by the various things that the Dog is doing.

Check out the book here and if you would like to purchase it, take 15% off the already discounted price by applying the discount code “OWLBYKIDO15” at checkout. Same discount code can also be applied if you are also interested in If You Give a Moose a Muffin!
