ARTBOX Singapore, Asia’s largest creative festival, returns in April 2026 with ARTBOX CAMP—a bold reimagining of the festival as a giant creative campground where exploration, experimentation, and imagination take centre stage. Transforming Singapore EXPO across two weekends, ARTBOX CAMP invites visitors to wander beyond the everyday and immerse themselves in a living environment shaped by creativity, curiosity, and shared energy.

Entertainment at ARTBOX CAMP goes beyond the stage—it’s an invitation to express yourself. The ARTBOX Stage will feature an electrifying lineup of live performances throughout the weekends, blending local talent with international influences to create a dynamic festival atmosphere.

Beyond live music, visitors can dive into interactive zones including:

  • ARTBOX Kids: Hands-on workshops designed to spark imagination in young explorers
  • ARTBOX Arcade: A nostalgic playground filled with retro and childhood-favourite games
  • ARTBOX Arena: A cozy gaming zone with Nintendo Switch experiences and photobooths—perfect for friendly competition and shared play

2. Play, Code & Explore at Science Centre Singapore's RoboFest 2026

Venue: Science Centre Singapore, 15 Science Centre Rd, Singapore 609081
Dates: 9 - 12 Apr 2026
Admission: $4 onwards

Looking for a high-tech way to keep the kids engaged this April? RoboFest 2026 is Singapore’s first-ever festival dedicated entirely to robotics and AI! Designed specifically for curious families, this four-day event lets children move beyond the screen to touch, play with, and even program real robots. Whether they are watching a robot dog perform a live comedy show or meeting the gallery robots, it is an immersive look into the "tomorrow" they are already growing up in. Families can discover how humans and robots will collaborate as partners in daily life, from robotic companions enhancing our homes to AI assistants transforming how we work and live together.

The festival is packed with hands-on experiences, from the high-energy Robot Boxing to the Learning Hub, where kids can get a first look at the new LEGO¼ Education Computer Science & AI Kit. Children can also engage in activities  to programme the humanoid robot "TonyBot," try drone coding fundamentals, and understand how cameras process visual data. If you have older children interested in STEM, don't miss the RoboCup Singapore finals happening over the weekend, where they can witness top-tier teams compete in the national selections for the World Championships. It’s an educational powerhouse that feels like a massive playground.

Tickets are priced $4 onwards. Book your tickets via the Science Centre portal now!

BYKidO Tip: Since your RoboFest ticket includes entry to the rest of the Science Centre, make a full day of it! We recommend hitting the "My Colleague is a Robot Dog" comedy show at the 11:00 am slot before the afternoon peak to ensure you get a good view.

3. Embark on a Pokémon Rescue Mission at Changi Jurassic Mile

Venue: Changi Jurassic Mile
Dates: 3 Apr - 30 Sep 2026 (Tue and Wed)
Admission: Free

A digital rift has opened at Changi Jurassic Mile, trapping PokĂ©mon in the prehistoric past! Join VibTour on a free immersive 90-minute “Rescue Mission” where kids aged 5–12 (and the young at heart) use dino-facts to solve puzzles, bypass predators, and bring 8 beloved PokĂ©mon back to 2026.

Led by your lead Ranger, participants will navigate the 1km path (2km return) using a specialised “Rift Scanner” (your mobile device) to locate trapped PokĂ©mon. To free them, you must outsmart the dinosaurs. Does a T-Rex see you if you stand still? Can a Triceratops’ horn break a digital seal?

This phygital experience blends real prehistoric science with the magic of Pokémon to keep minds engaged for the entire journey.
