2. Explore the Formula 1® Exhibition
at Gardens by the Bay

Venue: Gardens by the Bay, Singapore (next to Satay by the Bay and within walking distance from Gardens by the Bay MRT Exit 1)
Date: 23 Jul 2026 (for a limited time)
Admission: From $49 for adults and $29 for children
The Formula 1® Exhibition makes its Asia debut at Gardens by the Bay this July. Go beyond the racetrack and discover the stories, innovation, and moments that shaped the world of Formula 1® through iconic cars, immersive galleries, interactive installations, and more.
Come explore the world behind the race with exclusive contributions from Formula 1® teams, drivers, and experts. The exhibition brings the sport’s history, innovation, and unforgettable moments to life through a variety of immersive experiences, including the chance to get up close with legendary Formula 1® cars, including the championship-winning 2011 Red Bull RB7 driven by Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber, as well as the 2003 BAR Honda 005 previously driven by Jenson Button and Jacques Villeneuve.

3. Get Creative at the SAM Art Carnival

Venue: SAM at Tanjong Pagar Distripark
Dates: 25 July 2026, 10 am - 5 pm
Admission: Free
Celebrate creativity at the SAM Art Carnival! Enjoy a vibrant weekend of hands-on art, family-friendly workshops and live performances and special giveaways for all ages. This special edition marks SAM’s 30th birthday, inviting everyone to come together in a festive celebration of art and community.
Get creative with drop-in art experiences inspired by SAM's exhibitions. Experience colour beyond sight by creating tactile colour cards in Feeling Colours, experiment with watercolour spray painting and cyanotype printing, make beaded charms or try your hand at punch needle. There will also be face painting, carnival-style games, treats, giveaways and live performances throughout the day. Highlights include performances by young Singaporean busker Shayne Ko, as well as a spectacular smoke, magic and bubbles show.
Make a day of it at SAM with free exhibitions, art-making activities and family-friendly experiences for all ages. Located just a short walk from the newly opened Cantonment MRT Station, SAM is now even easier to visit.
4. Experience the National Day Istana Open House

Venue: The Istana
Date: 26 Jul 2026
Admission: Free for Singapore Citizens and PRs
The National Day Istana Open House (IOH) will be held on 26 Jul 2026. The IOH will be open to all visitors. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents enter for free. All other visitors are required to pay an entrance fee of $20 (adults) and $10 (children from 4 to 12 years old).
Embark on a guided tour of the Istana grounds to explore its rich history, architectural heritage, and unique flora and fauna. The 1-hour walking tour begins at the Main Gate and features highlights such as the Villa, Japanese Garden, and Ceremonial Plaza.
5. Visit Singapore's First Baby Shark-Themed Indoor Playground at West Coast Plaza

Venue: Wan To Play Baby Shark Playground, West Coast Plaza, Level 2
Opening Hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily
Admission: $23.98 (1 hour), $38.15 (2 hours)
Looking for a new indoor playground for little ones? Singapore's first Baby Shark-themed indoor playground has officially opened at West Coast Plaza, bringing the beloved underwater world to life with colourful play zones perfect for toddlers and preschoolers.
Kids can zoom down the Baby Shark slide into a giant ball pit, climb through the jungle gym, bounce on the trampoline, and enjoy hands-on fun at the Baby Shark sand pit, and various exciting play zones.
To celebrate the launch, visitors can meet Baby Shark on selected dates until 8 Aug 2026 (12.30pm & 4.30pm), while ticket holders can also receive exclusive Baby Shark giveaways, including stickers and limited-edition mini plush keyrings (while stocks last).
