Organised by popular animal enrichment school, Animals & Us Academy, in this Friends of Dogs Camp, children will explore the unique features of dogs and their specific needs to live a happy and healthy life. Suitable for 6 to 12 years old, class sizes are kept small to allow for individual attention and support.

September Special! Each registration will come with a sneak peek into our new ‘Vet Play’ area in Canopy Veterinary Centre. There, participants will get a chance to role-play as vets and perform various vet tasks. 9. Science Activities For Kids as Young as 1 Year Old at Nature Kindred

At Nature Kindred, kids will get to enjoy natural science activities that can help them to discover and wonder about everything in the world around them. 10. Explore Singapore's Marine Life with Young Nautilus

Take a closer look at the marine life at Singapore's mangroves and beaches on the Nature Walks by Young Nautilus. These guided walks will help you and your little ones better appreciate the nature in our own backyards, and bring science into reality too!

11. Flexible Art Camp with Our Art Studio

Recognizing the uniqueness of every individual, Our Art Studio's art camps are customized to suit each and everyone. Available throughout the year, the art camps will run with a min. of 1 participant with at least 3 days advance booking.     12. Close Terrarium Workshop For Kids

    Introduce the kids to the art of terrarium making. The Green Capsule introduces a 15-min, Small Close Terrarium workshop at just $15 that is suitable for kids between 3 to 6 years old with parental guidance. Older kids (6 - 13 years old) may wish to embark on the Medium Closed Terrarium ($35) or Closed Terrarium ($38) workshop.

    Each workshop includes the guidance of an instructor, assorted plants and moss, and 1 figurine! So let your young ones explore their crafty side and create their own story jars this holiday!

    13. Go On A Flight Simulator With Aeroviation

    Dates: Tuesdays - Sundays from 10am - 10pm
    Fees: $250 for a 2 pax

    This instructor-led programme by Aeroviation will have you and your child experience flying on a Cessna 172 simulator. You will be controlling the aircraft and completing challenges individually and as a pair. The workshop also includes a VR experience where you will learn about the different parts of the plans and to look at the interior of different planes. Finally, you will be testing yourself to manage multiple aircraft in the airport with the Air Traffic Controller Simulator.

    14. Learn To Solve The Rubik's Cube With Little Earth Education

    In this 2.5 to 3 hour session, children will try their hands at ceramics with guidance from an experience teacher from The Art Bones Studio. Students will get a first-hand experience with the building process for pottery, from start to finish.

    They will learn how to create their own pinch pots or coil pots with guidance, beginning with clay and encouraged to express their creativity by sculpting and decorating their product into personalised cups or flower pots. Through this workshop, kids will be exposed to drone technology that are commonly used in Singapore context and to learn about flying drones safely and properly in the interest of the general public and aviation.

    The highlight of the workshop is the practical, hands-on experience of flying a commercial grade drone! Through some simple exercises, it challenges their psychomotor skill, hand-eye coordination and cognitive development.
