The PAssionArts Festival 2025 is back this weekend, 20 and 21 September, with a fantastic lineup of art, music, and cultural activities for families across Singapore!

Ready for another dose of creativity and community spirit? The PAssionArts Festival 2025 is lighting up neighbourhoods across Singapore this weekend, 20 and 21 September, with an exciting array of events. This week's lineup promises something for everyone, from hands-on art workshops like fan marbling and bread crafting to diverse cultural performances, including a special Cantonese opera showcase at Tanjong Pagar-Tiong Bahru.

Families can look forward to vibrant and engaging activities such as flower hammering, soap cupcake making, and contributing to giant community colouring walls. The air will be filled with music and energy, with performances spanning everything from powerful orchestras and drum ensembles to elegant silat demonstrations and saxophone recitals.

This Weekend's PAssionArts Festival 2025 Villages – 20 & 21 September 2025

Bukit Panjang PAssionArts Festival 2025

Venue: Block 257 Bangkit Road Open Space, Singapore 670257 (Next to Holland-Bukit Panjang Town Council playground area)
Date: Saturday, 20 September 2025, 9.00 am to 12.00 pm

Bukit Panjang’s PAssionArts Festival will bring the community together with lively performances and hands-on art activities for all ages. Residents can try colourful windmill and coaster making, alongside creative showcases by young talents from local schools. On stage, look forward to a joint dance-and-drum performance, a silat showcase, energetic song-and-dance numbers, and a vocal performance.

Cheng San PAssionArts Festival

Venue: Cheng San CC, 6 Ang Mo Kio Street 53, Singapore 569205
Date: Saturday, 20 September 2025, 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm

Get ready for a fun-filled evening at the Cheng San PAssionArts Festival! Unleash your imagination at the art booths with Canvas Art Jamming, creative painting of stools, shoes, leaves and teepees, along with DIY Chapteh, Pom Pom Art, and Flower Hammering—fun and hands-on activities perfect for families.

On stage, expect a dynamic line-up of performances including the rhythms of Dikir Barat, elegant Chinese dance, and melodies from the Cheng San Chinese Orchestra and the Philharmonic Orchestra.

Buona Vista PAssionArts Festival

Venue: Block 64A Commonwealth Drive Open Space, Singapore 141064
Date: Saturday, 20 September 2025, 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm

In line with this year’s theme “Our Neighbourhood Gems,” the Buona Vista PAssionArts Festival will promote cultural understanding through traditional dances from the Chinese, Malay, and Indian communities.

Families can also get hands-on at engaging art booths. Try your hand at breads craft by the Buona Vista Deco Interest Group or get a caricature tee shirt drawing from a live caricaturist. Enjoy music performances from a lively Guzheng performance to English and Malay songs.

Sembawang West PAssionArts Festival

Venue: Circle Green Park (Between Block 730 to 736 Woodlands Circle)
Date: Saturday, 20 September 2025, 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm

The Sembawang West PAssionArts Festival invites residents to uncover and share personal and collective stories through interactive art. Highlights include community painting, Riso-effect hidden art, and shadow boxes.

Families can also try hands-on crafts like scratch art bookmarks, neon tile drawing, plaster doll painting, magic sponge painting, and a giant colouring wall. Don't miss the live performances by singer Wendy and saxophonist Spruce for a lively evening.

Tanjong Pagar-Tiong Bahru PAssionArts Festival

Venue: Tanjong Pagar CC, 101 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089774
Date: Sunday, 21 September 2025, 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm

The Tanjong Pagar–Tiong Bahru PAssionArts Festival will feature a vibrant mix of on-ground activities and a Cantonese opera performance as its centrepiece. Around the venue, residents can enjoy hands-on activities such as crafting Neighbourhood Gems coasters, decorating bear brick keychains, making soap cupcakes, and balloon sculpting.

There will also be workshops for crepe paper flowers, glass painting, and paper quilling, as well as a handprint station for SG60 babies. Don't miss the "Giant Delight 'Neighbourhood Gems'" installation, a striking community artwork co-created by residents.
