Here’s a list of family events and ideas to liven up your Mother’s Day 2021 celebrations!
Mother’s Day has become a day to show that we love, care and appreciate all that our mothers do for us throughout the year(s) and while we surely shouldn’t limit to showing it only on one day, there’s nothing wrong with showering that amazing lady in your life with flowers, dinners and events on this special day!
This year, Mother’s Day falls on 9 May 2021 and if you’re on the lookout for things to do with your mum, we have got some ideas for you!
1. SSO Mother’s Day Concert

The Singapore Symphony Orchestra’s annual Mother’s Day Concert returns this year for another run in an intimate scale at the Botanic Gardens. Treat the mother in your life to an evening of heart-warming string quartet music, live among the flowers, under the sky, shade and serenity.
Registration is required as the audience is capped at 100. You can register online at SSO from 29 Apr 2021, 10 am.

2. Mother’s Day Craft Workshop at Changi Experience Studio

If you’re wondering how to express your appreciation and love for the amazing mother(s) in your life, Changi Airport has an idea for you. You can sign up for the Mother’s Day Craft Workshop at Changi Experience Studio and create a handcrafted book of love for your special lady.
To complete the surprise, you can also opt to add on a delectable Afternoon High Tea set at Changi Lounge, where you can pamper her with an exquisite selection of sweet and savoury delights, and bond while sipping tea in the luxurious comfort of the lounge. The Changi Lounge Afternoon High Tea is available from 1 – 3 May, 7 – 9 May and 13 May 2021.
3. Adventure Ecological Exploration of Ubin Island by Little Earth Education

This Mother's Day, Little Earth Education will bring you and your kids on a 1-day Adventure Ecological Exploration of Ubin Island in Singapore. In addition to exploring the fun mysteries of the mangrove forest, the kids will get to play traditional “kampong” (village) games, share snacks, spend quality time and make good friends. They will also be looking for materials in nature to make an exclusive unique postcard for Mummy!
The package includes return-trip transport service, return-trip ferry ticket, Ubin island 13-seater tour charter, hand-made creative postcard experience, one free sports drink & snacks for each person, professional guide and teaching service, service charge, and GST.
