Changi Festive Village is back with more fun-filled activities for the whole family - let's take a look at the light installations and photo opportunities available this year!

The annual Changi Festive Village is back with the excitingly fun T3 Underground Carnival, a magical glamping night with a majestic view of the HSBC Rain Vortex, the dazzlingly lit Jurassic Mile in Changi's longest-ever light-up and have an out-of-this-world adventure with Avatar-themed activities! 

Let's take a look at some of the light installations, fun attractions and photo spots that will be available for families to have fun at! 

An Avatar-themed Display - Marui Pod Experience

Venue: Terminal 3, Departure Hall (in front of Immigration)
Dates: 11 November 2022–1 January 2023, 11 am - 10 pm
Admission: Free

Stunning installations inspired by Avatar: The Way of Water are on show at Changi Airport’s T3 Departure Hall, with a larger-than-life replica of the home of the Na’vi, the iconic characters from the movie. Explore their abode, see replicas of the residents, and witness wondrous light and sound shows. 

As darkness falls, dazzling special effects will transform the bioluminescent waters of Pandora with projections, and an exciting array of live performances and lighting shows in the evening - you might even experience snow fall here too!

Catch the light, sound and projection shows at 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm from Mon to Wed, and an additional showtime at 9.30 pm from Thu to Sun. 

There will also be LIVE band performances on selected days at 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm (11, 12, 19 and 26 Nov, 10, 17, 23 Dec 2022)

Mangrove Adventures / Mangrove Jellyfish

Venue: T3 Departure Hall, Near Check-in Row 11

Head over to Mangrove Adventures and try your hands at archery and stand a chance to win giveaways. Beside it is where you can try your hands at creating and bringing home your own illuminated Mangrove Jellyfish.

Spend a minimum of S$50 in a single receipt (S$80 at the supermarket or Jewel) at Changi Airport Terminal 1 to Terminal 4 Public Areas to redeem discounted entry to either Mangrove Hero or Jellyfish Craft Workshop. 

Mystical Dinosaur Light-Up - Dino Glow

Venue: Changi Airport Connector
Dates: 6 December 2022 – 31 January 2023, 7 pm - 1 am
Admission: Free

Be mesmerised by Changi's 3km light-up as you walk beside life-sized dinosaurs at the Changi Airport Park Connector. Inspired by the illuminating colours of Avatar 2, the park connector glows into a mystical world of fantasy.

Terminal 2 (opposite carpark 2A) will, for the first time, host a cozy community of food trucks at the start of the Park Connector. Featuring local fare, burgers and freshly-churned ice-cream, fuel up before you embark on this journey of outdoor fun!

Snow Fall & Light Show - Christmas Odyssea at Jewel

Venue: Jewel Changi Airport - Shisedo Forest Valley & Canopy Park
Dates: 11 Nov 2022 - 2 Jan 2023
Admission: Shisedo Forest Valley (Free), Canopy Park (admission prices applicable)

Get ready to be dazzled by Christmas sparkles at Jewel with its many underwater-themed elements! Along with the iconic 16-metre tall Prudential Singapore Jewel Christmas Tree at the entrance of the Shiseido Forest Valley, Jewel's Canopy Park (located at the top floor), will also thrill visitors with many aquatic interactive displays at various attractions and scenic lookouts.

At Canopy Park, feast your eyes upon mystical plants surrounding a pool of sparkling blue water, have a hand in weaving glow-in-the-dark corals, and snap Insta-photo moments throughout the park. At Petal Garden, watch as your footprints leave glowing blue bioluminescent waves on the interactive floor screen, and saunter past the four-metre-high smoke bubble tree to complete the experience. Watch in awe as the bubbles fall from the tree and pop with a smoking effect!

And no Jewel experience is complete without the HSBC Rain Vortex Light & Sound show! Catch the exclusive Light & Sound show inspired by Avatar: The Way of Water, specially designed by renowned water-feature designer, WET! Snow will also make a return to Jewel this year with half-hourly snowfall intervals from 7:35 PM–10:35 PM daily.
