Looking for a June holiday camp that is educational, future-focused and genuinely hands-on? Hexcore Labs is hosting a 5-day AI & Cybersecurity Bootcamp designed for kids aged 9 to 14 — happening across 2 runs, 15 to 19 Jun and 22 to 26 Jun, this is where children won’t just use technology, but learn how to build with it.

Held at the CyberSG TIG Centre — a national cyber innovation hub backed by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore and National University of Singapore — the programme introduces children to Agentic AI and cybersecurity through guided, project-based learning, giving them the opportunity to explore future-ready tech skills in a real-world environment.

Over five days, participants will learn how to use AI as a “coding buddy” to build and deploy their own website, explore cybersecurity concepts through command-line tools and internet defence basics, and take part in a live Capture-the-Flag challenge. The camp concludes with a showcase where students present their AI-powered creations.

The camp also uses beginner-friendly proprietary platforms such as Autobricks, an AI-powered creation tool, and Hexcore Arena, an interactive game-based cybersecurity platform where kids can explore live machines, solve puzzles, and take part in leaderboard challenges.

What makes the programme stand out is its strong focus on applied learning. Rather than simply learning theory, kids create projects based on their own interests — from websites to AI-generated visuals and videos — while developing creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The programme makes complex tech concepts approachable and engaging for younger learners, while still exposing them to real-world tools and skills.

Hexcore Labs has also conducted programmes with schools including Raffles Institution, Hong Wen School, and School of Science and Technology.
