Ever wondered what happens behind those kitchen doors? Bring your kids for an exclusive peek into Haidilao’s kitchen and get to see live lobsters, fresh scallops and other ingredients up close. Get a rare inside look at how the hotpot restaurant runs behind the scenes!

Kids will also get to do a fun craft activity and bring it home. To top it off, every family will enjoy a free plate of pork or beef (worth $16 - $18) to enjoy at their hotpot meal right after the tour. Families who stay for a meal may also bring home a free Panda Coin Purse or Panda Plush Keychain per child.

• 10.15am: Groups Switch

Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are per family and must indicate the exact number of adults and kids attending.
• Only 1 x free plate of pork or beef for each registered family
• Free plate of pork or beef is valid only for dining after the event at Haidilao Tampines on 22 August 2026 only.
• Craft activity is for the kids only.
• Panda coin purse or Panda plush keychain is only for kids who stay for the meal. 
• Craft activity, Panda coin purse and Panda plush keychain is available while stock last.
• Full refund for BYKidO Day of Play t-shirt requires the child to be wearing the tee at check in.
• Limited to 40 kids only.
• Spots allocated on a first-come-first-served basis
• No refunds, cancellation or exchanges is allowed after purchased is made

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
