Bloomyard at IMBA Theatre

Bloomyard is an interactive exhibition happening now at IMBA Theatre. Families can step into a giant botanical playground and interact with colourful oversized blooms and artwork. Kids can also play mini golf, swing among the flowers and challenge each other to flower-shaped ping pong, making this more than just an art exhibition! 

What’s Included:

• Entry to Bloomyard for the family (immediate families only, including grandparents, parents and children)

Event Flow:

• Meet at IMBA Theatre at 10 am 
• Free and easy session once you enter Bloomyard 
• The experience is expected to take about an hour

Terms and Conditions

• Each ticket is for 1 family (immediate family members only)
• Photography and videography will be taken for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be captured, please inform the staff at the event. 
• Limited to 15 families only.
• Spots allocated on a first-come-first-served basis
• No refunds, cancellation or exchanges is allowed after purchased is made
• Standard Terms and Conditions apply

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
