Halloween has arrived at Downtown East and you are invited! BYKidO and Downtown East has collaborated to create an exciting Halloween for you and your little ones! 

What’s Halloween without a little trick-or-treating? Follow our Halloween crew as we bring you on a guided trick or treat trail around Downtown East, and make sure your kid doesn't miss any goodies! 

Limited to 20 families per guided trail only. So book now!

• Venue: Downtown East, Information Counter (meeting point TBC)
• When: Saturday, 31 October 2026
• Time: 5 pm and 7 pm (choose one session)
  
• Price: Free (each registration is for 1 family)

Halloween Guided Trail at Downtown East 2026

Sign up for our guided trail, which will take you on a trick-or-treat adventure visiting every participating outlet before wrapping up with a group photo to remember the day by. Don't forget to come dressed up and stand a chance to win exciting prizes in our Best Dressed Contest too!

What’s Included:

• Guided trail (approx. 45 mins) that includes all participating outlets

Do come on time! We are giving out pumpkin baskets to little ones on the trail*! Bring your own if you have one!

Event Flow:

• 5 pm / 7 pm: Meet at starting point 
• 5.15 pm / 7.15 pm: Start of Trick or Treat 
• 5.45 pm / 7.45 pm: Group photo and end of trail

Terms and Conditions

• Each ticket is for 1 family only
  
• Halloween Bucket is provided to children on the trail subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis. 
• Photography and videography will be taken for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be captured, please inform the staff at the event. 
• Limited to 20 families oer session only
• Spots allocated on a first-come-first-served basis
• No refunds, cancellation or exchanges is allowed after purchased is made
• Standard Terms and Conditions apply

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
