New Cat & the Fiddle Concept Store at Tampines 1

Cat & the Fiddle officially marks the opening of its new concept store at Tampines 1, bringing together freshly baked offerings, savoury Italian-inspired sandwiches, and exclusive opening promotions for fans in the east of the island.

This January, savour a taste of Korea as Chef X welcomes its 11th residency: Kimpson’s Table, a heartfelt Korean concept by Korea-born Chef Patrick Kim. Bringing with him the soul of authentic Hansang dining, he introduces a menu rooted in traditional Korean home cooking – comforting, nostalgic, and deeply personal. 

Running a two-month residency from 16 January to 13 March 2026, Kimpson’s Table spotlights a heartwarming Korean meal format centred around Hansang – a time-honoured dining style that comprises a delicious selection of rice, banchan, and nourishing mains, all served in one tray.

Chef Kim’s interpretation stays true to tradition, offering diners a healthy, well-balanced spread that reflects the everyday meals enjoyed in Korean households – each dish meticulously crafted with quality ingredients and nutrition in mind.

A standout on the menu is undoubtedly Chef Kim’s Authentic Ginseng Chicken Set ($15), a classic set featuring a Korean ginseng broth well-loved for its restorative qualities. It spotlights a tender half chicken that’s boiled for four hours and stuffed plump with chewy Korean glutinous rice. 

Once Upon a Tea Time with White Rabbit at The Westin Singapore

This Lunar New Year season, Hao Food SG is delighted to invite fans of the White Rabbit candy to rediscover the sweet nostalgia of the beloved treat through a series of delightful experiences and exclusive releases across Singapore.

New Din Tai Fung’s Steamed Strawberry Mochi Xiao Long Bao

This Valentine’s Day, Din Tai Fung invites diners to celebrate love in its sweetest form with the launch of the Steamed Strawberry Mochi Xiao Long Bao 麻糬草莓小笼包 (6pc for $15.80++ | 10pcs for $20.80++)*, a tempting NEW addition to its dessert repertoire.

Each xiao long bao is meticulously handcrafted with Din Tai Fung’s signature 18 folds, wrapped in a thin mochi skin that offers a gentle, satisfying chew. Beneath its delicate exterior lies a luscious strawberry filling, made from Korean strawberries blended with smooth and premium Belgian white chocolate. New Winter Indulgence Menu at Gordon Grill

Gordon Grill, introduces a captivating winter indulgence menu available from 15 January to 31 March 2026. Thoughtfully curated for guests who appreciate culinary finesse, the menu spotlights luxurious ingredients and generous sharing plates. 

At the heart of the menu is the Wagyu Beef Tomahawk Steak (1.5 kg; $372), a dramatic centrepiece for the table and the epitome of steak indulgence. Flambéed tableside for added theatre, the tomahawk is served with roasted potatoes, baked tomato, sautéed vegetables and a rich red wine jus, creating a lavish, shareable main course ideal for convivial gatherings and unhurried meals. Also available is the Black Angus Beef Porterhouse Steak (1.5kg, $348), prized for its tenderness, fine marbling and robust beef flavour, delivering a timeless steakhouse experience.

Tanglin Cookhouse spotlights its Asian roots with the new Lemak & Co. à la carte buffet. This February, LeVeL33, the world’s highest microbrewery in a building, marks the season of love and togetherness with a thoughtfully crafted dining experience for Valentine’s Day. Designed for intimate evenings, the menu reflects the restaurant’s craft-driven culinary philosophy, shaped by quality produce, beer-forward techniques and a welcoming sense of hospitality.

Available for dinner on 14 February (and 13 February by pre-order only), LeVeL33 presents a five-course Valentine’s menu that exemplifies LeVeL33’s signature ContemBrewery cuisine, where the experience is built on thoughtful integration of brewing elements, moving from pristine seafood to robust mains.

 The five-course experience is offered at SGD $398++ per couple, or at SGD $458++ / SGD $498++ per couple with one or two curated half-bottles, respectively. The evening can be elevated with optional additions of Kaluga Queen Caviar or Freshly Shucked Oysters as well.

The experience concludes on a delicate note with the Apply of my Eye, gently poached with Pinot Noir, spices and house-grown vanilla for added depth.

Couples can also opt for Dinner Under The Stars ($298++ per adult) at the resort’s rooftop, where the rainforest canopy meets the stars. Tomacado Singapore introduces the Blooming Valentine’s Day Limited Set ($218++), a refined six-course dining experience inspired by love, florals, and poetic presentation, the set highlights Tomacado’s signature floral aesthetic and culinary craftsmanship and features:

  • An elegant selection of soups, salads and appetizers including the Garden of Delicacies Trio
  • Premium mains such as A4 Wagyu Ribeye with Rose Herb Chimichurri and White Cod with Golden Miso
