Places to go this Weekend: National Gallery Singapore!

Location: National Gallery SingaporeDate: DailyHour: 10 am - 7 pm Admission: Details here We dropped by the National Gallery Singapore a couple of weeks ago as we heard all the good things about Keppel Centre of Art Education being really amazing for kids!  Yet, we came to this...  But what surprised me was how we managed to spend over 2hrs with just 2 exhibitions available! Imagine if it was all available, like now when it's the Children's Biennale!  For the purpose of this post, I am going to share our experience with the 2 exhibitions that we visited and absolutely enjoyed! If you want more information about the Children's Biennale, do visit the National Gallery Singapore Facebook Page or Children Biennale's Homepage! The Enchanted Tree...

Free Playgrounds to Share - IMM

Location: IMMDate: DailyHour: 10 am - 10 pm Admission: FREE Over the years, IMM has undergone various changes.  If I try to think back to when I was younger (and I am not too old), IMM was a furniture mall. While there is still signs of it's past, IMM has recently been rebranded as a Outlet Mall, with various local and overseas brand opening Outlets here.  But, did you know that there is a Playground with a Water Play area at IMM too? Located at the Garden Plaza @ Level 3, the playground is relatively larger compared to other Free Mall Playgrounds. The best part? It is sheltered and allows the Kids to have fun while protected from the sun!   Free Playground with...

Places to go this Weekend: Sand Play @ Sandy Dandy

Location: Sandy Dandy | 583 Orchard Rd, Singapore 238884Date: DailyHour: 10.00 am - 6.30 pm Admission: Check article for details We popped by the newly opened, Sandy Dandy last week! A nicely decorated (and air-conditioned) indoor sand play!  If you avoid the beach and sand play because of the sun, insects and what-nots, this is the place for YOU! The first thing I (and many others) noticed was how clean and neat the place was, despite the sand play! Did you know: BYKidO Pass Holders enjoy $50 Off Party Packages @ Sandy Dandy The moment you step in, you will notice the Caravan and that's the moment the kids start to play! But it is also a good opportunity to educate the LOs about what it...

Places to go this Weekend: Playground @ Marine Cove

Location: Marine Cove | 1000 ECP, Singapore 449876Date: DailyHour: 24 hoursAdmission: FREE Bring Your Kid Out to East Coast Park this weekend to play at the massive playground @ Marine Cove! With a number of restaurants located at Marine Cove, you do not even have to leave to grab a bite! While it was extremely popular when it first opened, the place seemed to have quieted down recently. Which is not such a bad thing for Parents who Bring Your Kid Out there! And if you have not been to the Playground yet, be prepared to be WOW-ed! It is huge with slides, climbing ropes, swings, rollers, climbing structures and much more!    What is probably different from most Outdoor Playgrounds is the interactive light games....
