HomeTeam NSmen and their loved ones can look forward to a splashing fun time at the brand-new clubhouse in HomeTeamNS Bedok Resevoir!

Themed as a Waterfront Haven, HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir is the only reservoir-fronting clubhouse in Singapore and offers an unparalleled view of Bedok Reservoir. Nestled within the lush greenery of Bedok Reservoir Park, the barrier-free clubhouse is designed to blend in with nature, offering a relaxing and picturesque clubhouse experience.

Families can expect groups a fresh and attractive range of recreational, food and beverage, and enrichment options at the clubhouse!

Facilities

The Bedok Reservoir Clubhouse features an exciting array of first-of-its-kind facilities, suitable for patrons of all ages.

Action Motion

Action Motion Arena is an obstacle course venue with the first-ever Gamifier system that will tabulate a player's scores and timings upon completing the activities. Action Motion boast 5 activity zones with challenges where you can win attractive prizes at the daily & monthly Leaderboard Challenge and also a fun way to drive up friendly competition among the family! You can even track the leaderboard online! 

Aqua Adventure

*Expected to open in Mid-Feb 2023

This sheltered water playground is Singapore’s first integrated all-weather water adventure centre, featuring Singapore’s longest indoor waterslide, as well as an indoor aquatic challenge rope course! 

Infinity Pool

Offering a magnificent view, this 6-lane 50-meter pool overlooks the reservoir.

East Villa

Your next family staycation, getaway and party venue. East Villa consist of ten attractive 2-storey concept villas, with garden and waterfront views, complete with roof balconies, kitchenettes and sheltered BBQ area for NSmen looking to host gatherings and enjoy staycations with their families and friends.

On top of the essential amenities, each booking comes with two complimentary parking tickets per night, entry for 10 to the gorgeous Infinity Pool and 4 access passes to Fitness Workz Garage.

ManCaves

Located on the top floor of HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir are 2 ManCaves, urban hangout spaces that include amenities such as complimentary wi-fi, built-in kitchenettes, and karaoke systems; and a BBQ patio with reservoir
views.

Water Activities

*Activities will be available from the second half of 2023.

HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir will also offer water activities at the tranquil Bedok Reservoir, such as dragon boating, kayaking and pedal boating, amongst others. These water activities will support cohesion-building programmes and leisure offerings for Home Team NSmen and their families.

Other Tenants

The clubhouse also houses an array of F&B, retail and enrichment facilities that cater to Home Team NSmen and their families. There are halal and non-halal F&B options such as Sum Dim Sum, Sri Bistari, Fun Toast, Burger
King, Georges’ Bar and Xiao Mu Deng. Retail and enrichment facilities include 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience store, PlayFacto School, Trifecta Martial Arts, Yoga Inc and The Dance Station.

Eco-friendly Initiatives

On the sustainability front, Bedok clubhouse will feature eco-friendly initiatives similar to Khatib clubhouse. The new clubhouse will have a rainwater harvesting and drip-irrigation system for greater efficiency in water conservation. Solar photovoltaic (PV) panels will also be set up across a provisional area of 1,000 sqm to offset the building’s energy consumption by an estimated 2 per cent. Installation of charging stations for electric cars are also in the pipeline.

The clubhouse is designed to boost natural ventilation with an overhanging balcony that acts as shading for lower floors, and the materials used are designed to reduce heat gain by the building and reduce the clubhouse’s overall energy consumption.
