Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon
1 to 2 pax
2 pcs Salmon Fillets
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
1 ½ tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
1 sprig chopped Parsley
Preheat oven on grill mode to 200 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients and combine well.
Transfer Salmon onto a large sheet of aluminium foil and apply the garlic lemon butter marinate generously. Coat well.
Wrap up the salmon & bake for 20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Unwrap the salmon and serve immediately.
