Happening on 13 November 2022 and organised by PAssion Wave @Marina Bay, the Waterfront Carnival hopes to provide visitors with a taster of the waterfront lifestyle activities that are available at PAssion Wave. Partners and interest groups of PAssion Wave were also invited to organise and introduce their activities to visitors at the Carnival.
Here are some of the key highlights that you and your family can look forward to at the Waterfront Carnival:
Land Sport Try-Outs
Archery by Salt & Light Archery

Participants will be guided by Tan Si Lie (Israel) – a SEA Games medallist and MOE-certified coach from Salt & Light Archery. There will also be an exhibition of archery by national archers.

A new team sport that has been growing in popularity in recent years, Kin-Ball involves three teams of four competing with a large ball.
An inclusive sport that was first developed for persons with cerebral palsy but is now played worldwide by participants with a range of physical disabilities.
Laser Air Pistol (Regular Programme by PAssion Wave)

Participants will be guided by Kiat Xuan, a National modern pentathlon athlete and a Singapore Sports School alumni.

Suitable for young children, Strider Bikes are a unique no-pedal and no-gears bicycle aimed at teaching balance and steering to children.
Water Sport Try-Outs

Suitable for kids of primary school age, the activity hopes to introduce children to the fun of kayaking and develop their interest in paddle sports. Equipment and paddles are specially constructed for children.
Registrations for the classes open 15 minutes before each session at the booth.

As part of the carnival experience, visitors will also get to enjoy snacks, such as popcorn and candy floss from the food booths.
Visitors can look forward to carnival activities like airbrush tattoos, inflatable obstacle courses, electronic animal rides, and more.
Educational booths also form part of the Waterfront Carnival, where visitors can learn more about various topics including the importance of sustainability and the conservation of the environment.
