If you’re planning where to count down to 2026 in Singapore,  is where you’ll want to be! Spend New Year’s Eve together at CQ @ Clarke Quay on 31 December 2025 as The Next Stage: New Age invites families to enjoy various activities.

From free riverfront countdown filled with glowing biomes, immersive art installations, live music performances, and a festive atmosphere along the Singapore River, making it the only countdown destination of its kind as part of ONE Countdown 2026.

Experience Four Immersive Biomes Across CQ @ Clarke Quay

As you explore CQ @ Clarke Quay, you’ll journey through four uniquely designed biomes, each offering its own atmosphere, visuals, and Instagram-worthy moments.

Central Command (Fountain Square)

This is where your countdown climax happens. You’ll find a planetarium-inspired stage surrounded by neon lights, electrifying beats, and high-impact visuals — setting the scene for a powerful moment as the clock strikes midnight.

Neon Nexus (Block D, near BBQ Box)

If you love cyberpunk aesthetics, this zone is made for you. Step into a glowing neon photobooth filled with grid lines and digital art for bold, futuristic photos.

Hydronexus (Block C, near K STAR)

Here, you’re transported into an underwater-inspired realm. Expect luminescent water effects, sea creature lanterns, and a calming yet immersive sensory experience.

Zenterra (Block A, near OverScoop)

Designed by local artist Dawn Koh, this interactive forest blends nature and future design. LED flower structures, softly lit mushroom seats, and glowing roots leading to a towering neon tree make this the perfect place to pause and recharge.

You can explore all four biomes from 30 to 31 December, 12pm till late.

Don’t Miss the Iconic CQ Drone Show

Before the main countdown, head over to Read Bridge to catch CQ’s highly anticipated annual drone show. Returning after captivating audiences since 2024, the show features a five-act cyberspace journey unfolding above the Singapore River.

There will be two drone shows on 31 December 2025, happening at 9pm and 11pm, so you can build up the excitement before the final countdown.

Do note that the drone show is subject to weather conditions.

Get Home Safely with Free Night Shuttle Services

After a full night of celebration, you can head home with ease using the free CQ Night Shuttle service, operating specially from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026. Services include:

• A loop route covering Orchard Road to City Hall
• One-way routes to Tampines MRT and Jurong East MRT
  

It’s a convenient and stress-free way to end your New Year’s Eve.
