1. Step Into Storytelling & Play at Punggol Coast Mall’s New Comics and Games Library

A vibrant new Comics and Games Library has popped up at Punggol Coast Mall, offering families over 7,000 comics and graphic novels, a board games zone, and an interactive eReads corner.

Created by the National Library Board in collaboration with JTC and Origame, this self-service pop-up invites young readers and parents to dive into superhero sagas, kid-friendly graphic novels, and even Singaporean-themed games like Kopi King and Durian Dash. There’s also StoryGen, an AI-powered experience that lets kids remix classic tales into manga-style adventures, along with educational panels on navigating the digital world safely. With colourful spaces for both reading and playing, and even a showcase of vintage local comics like Captain V, this library is a must-visit for curious and creative families.

2. Dive into Fun at WAN TO PLAY Ocean Fantasy – The New Indoor Playground at Punggol Coast Mall

Venue: 84 Punggol Way, #01-60/61/62, Singapore 829911
Opening Hours: 10 am - 10 pm, Daily
Admission: $35 for 2 hours, additional fees applicable for certain experiences

Step into a vibrant underwater-themed wonderland at WAN TO PLAY Ocean Fantasy, the newest and largest indoor playground at Punggol Coast Mall!

Kids can enjoy unique add-on attractions like an $8 duck boat ride and mini F1 remote-controlled car racing, alongside a wide range of play zones—imaginative role-play stations, themed vehicles, two giant bean pits (including a Hinoki pit), pastel ball pit with LED and horn slides, trampolines with obstacle courses, a flying fox, and more.

3. Explore Free & New Play Spots Along Punggol Waterway

  • Giant Pencils (near Waterway Point)
Get creative with giant chalk pencils where kids can draw, doodle, and explore Punggol’s past in a colourful, hands-on way.
  • Crocodile Playground (near Adventure Bridge)

Climb, crawl, and play in this mangrove-inspired playground shaped like a giant crocodile, complete with a sandpit for digging and building fun.

  • Flora & Fauna Kinetics Playscape (near SAFRA Punggol)

Engage the senses with moving bugs, spinning levers, and chiming sounds in this nature-inspired installation celebrating Punggol’s biodiversity.

4. Celebrate Mother's Day 2025 with Exciting Events & Activities

With Mother's Day happening this weekend, there are plenty of exciting events and activities in Singapore to celebrate the special women in your life!

Enjoy a Mother-Child Dragon Boating adventure, a free concert by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra at the Botanic Gardens, or pamper mum with treats at Great World. Try creative fun at the Balloon Sculpting Workshop, Anchorpoint’s Portrait Painting, or LEGO’s floral-themed pop-up at Suntec City.
