1. Pixar Putt Opens In Singapore For The First-Time!

Venue: Waterfront Promenade, Marina Bay Sands

Much-loved pop-up mini-golf activity, Pixar Putt, is set to open in Singapore this year for the first time at the Waterfront Promenade at Marina Bay Sands from 26 August. 

This open air, pop-up mini-golf event is made up of interactive putting holes inspired by the stories, characters, and icons from some of Disney and Pixar’s most beloved films including Toy Story, Monsters, Inc., The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Wall-E, Inside Out, Onward, Luca and more. The mini-golf experience is suitable for players of all ages and the premiere Singapore event will feature new putting holes from some of Pixar’s latest hit movies.

2. Admire The Chinatown Mid-Autumn Street Light-up

This August, the Chinatown Mid-Autumn Festival makes its long-awaited return after two years with its iconic street light-up, livening up the streets of Chinatown alongside an exciting line-up of activities, including its first-ever Food Fair.

A spectacular display of lighted sculptures and colourful street lanterns featuring designs that combine mooncakes with jade rabbits of popular folklore. This year’s signature light-up features larger-than-life lantern sculptures of mooncakes from Singapore’s main Chinese dialect groups: the Cantonese, Hainanese, Hakkas, Hokkiens and Teochews.

The main centrepiece is displayed at Eu Tong Sen Street: a 10m-tall candy-coloured sculpture of snowskin mooncakes accompanied by lovable jade rabbits

3. Indulge In Good Food & Entertainment @ The Singapore Food Festival 2022

Dates: 31 Aug - 11 Sep 2022

The annual Singapore Food Festival (SFF) returns for its 29th edition from 24 August to 11 September 2022! Families can expect a sumptuous spread of in-person experiences, including a Festival Village with over 25 food establishments and activities like the Carousel and Euroswing, and all the entertainment that's been lined up! 

Tickets to enter the Festive Village is priced from $15. Workshops and the fun activities are priced separately as well. 

4. Have A Sweet Time At The Kumoya X Cinnamoroll Pop-up Theme Cafe!

Venue: Kumoya @ Orchard Central 181 Orchard Road, Orchard Central, #04-08, Singapore 238896 
Date: 19 Aug 2022 onwards, for a limited-time
Opening Hours: Daily, 11am to 9.30pm (last order at 8.30pm)

At Kumoya @ Orchard Central, get ready to be transported to Cinnamoroll’s world with specially-commissioned Cinnamoroll décor worthy of its 20th anniversary, complemented by a kawaii, limited-time menu!

There's a wide variety of menu choices comprising six snacks, five mains, three desserts and ten drinks. Don't forget to capture those cute pic-worthy moments with the adorable Cinnamoroll plushies placed on tables and seats at the café.

Do note that the café is not halal-certified. It is stated that the menu does not include pork, lard or alcohol, and is prepared by a team of Muslim staff. All the ingredients are also sourced from major Halal distributors and suppliers.

5. Have Fun At The New Impressions Kids Club

Venue: Horsecity, 100 Turf Club Road, #01-02C, Singapore 287992
Opening Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (daily, closed Mon)
Admission: from $25

Impressions Kids Club is a new venue for families to have fun at Horsecity! The kids club will include a kids spa area, a play zone as well as a lounge area for parents to chill while waiting for their kids. 

The Kids Club Playzone features three main areas: an indoor playground, a nature playzone, and a sand playzone. Children will have the opportunity to explore all three zones during their playtime sessions. The indoor playground will include tube slides, trampoline, obstacle courses, swings and a ball pit!
