Celebrate the 10th Edition of Singapore Garden Festival

The Singapore Garden Festival (SGF) celebrates its milestone 10th edition from 4 to 12 July 2026, transforming Gardens by the Bay into a spectacular "Carnival of Blooms."

Jointly organised by the National Parks Board (NParks) and Gardens by the Bay, the internationally acclaimed festival brings together award-winning landscape designers, floral artists and horticulturists from Singapore and around the world, alongside signature competitions, immersive installations and exciting family-friendly experiences.

Whether you're a gardening enthusiast, photography lover or simply looking for a fun family outing, there's plenty to explore throughout the festival grounds.

Kid-Friendly Highlights Families Shouldn't Miss

One of our favourite surprises was just how much there is for children to enjoy!

Complete the Discovery Trail

Kids can embark on a Discovery Trail by picking up a Stamp Card from any Information Counter.

Collect all 8 stamps around the festival and redeem a limited edition SGF pin β€” a fun mission that keeps little explorers engaged throughout the visit.

Explore Giant Floral Installations

Prepare to be wowed by several larger-than-life floral creations located around the festival.

Don't miss:

  • Floral Roller Coaster (The Meadow) – an impressive 8-metre-tall installation inspired by the twists and turns of a roller coaster.
  • Floral Vortex (The Meadow)
  • Floral Mirror Maze (Supertree Grove)

These make fantastic photo spots and are guaranteed to impress both kids and adults.

Discover Beautiful Themed Gardens

Families can also wander through a collection of specially curated themed gardens, including:

  • Nature's Carousel Play Garden (The Meadow)
  • Fruit Orchard (The Meadow)
  • Sunkissed: A Celebration of Sunflowers (The Meadow)

Each garden offers a different experience, making every turn feel like a new discovery.

More Fun Around the Festival

There are even more family-friendly experiences scattered throughout the festival grounds, including:

  • Carnival Swings
  • Giant Swing
  • Framed by Nature photo opportunity
  • Tent of Edible Curiosities
  • Interactive light installations in the evening
  • Daily live performances
  • Floral workshops and demonstrations
  • MarketPlace featuring shopping, food and lifestyle booths

With so many experiences packed into one festival, it's easy to spend a few enjoyable hours exploring together.

Signature Competitions & Stunning Displays

Beyond the family attractions, visitors can also admire world-class horticultural and floral artistry through SGF's renowned competitions and showcases, including:

  • Singapore Gardeners' Cup
  • Community Garden Edibles Competition
  • Landscape Design Challenge
  • My Living Space Competition
  • International FDSS Cup Floral Designing Competition
  • Penjing and Artistic Stone Exhibition & Competition

This year's Show Gardens: All-Stars Edition also sees returning "Best of Show" winners showcasing their latest landscape creations, making this milestone edition even more special.

Another must-see experience is the Floral Windows to the World Championship (FWWC), where internationally acclaimed floral designers go head-to-head in a thrilling live competition.

Held across three days, the championship features elimination rounds where floral masters create intricate floral arrangements under pressure in front of a live audience. The competition will culminate in the highly anticipated Finals Dinner, where one designer will ultimately be crowned Grand Champion.

Explore Stunning Orchid Displays at the Flower Dome

Orchid lovers can also look forward to the return of the Singapore Orchid Show, organised in partnership with the Orchid Society of South East Asia. The showcase will feature rare, award-winning, and exotic orchid varieties cultivated by hobbyists and industry experts from around the world.

At the Flower Dome, you can also explore the Orchid Extravaganza, inspired by the craftsmanship and architectural heritage of six Indonesian regions. Presented in partnership with Indonesia’s Ministry of Creative Economy, the display features more than 7,000 orchids set among anyaman woven artworks and recreations of Sumbanese thatched houses and multi-tiered Balinese Meru towers.
