PUB’s annual community movement is returning this March to celebrate Singapore World Water Day!

World Water Day is held annually on 22 Mar, a day designated by the United Nations to highlight the importance of water. In Singapore, PUB celebrates World Water Day by rallying the community to show their appreciation for water and to support the water cause through various ground-up activities.

In support of Singapore World Water Day, residents can do their part to take ownership of the waterways and the environment through Project Blue WaVe’s “Kayak ‘N’ Klean” – an initiative by PAssion WaVe. In March, the PAssion WaVe outlets at Bedok Reservoir, Jurong Lake Gardens and Marina Bay are dedicating every Wednesday to anyone who wants to take ownership of our waterways by cleaning up the reservoirs and lakes, while paddling with their families and friends.
