Gallery Wellness Festival 2023

This year's Gallery Wellness Festival focuses on human connections and the importance of connecting deeply with our emotions and people around us. Families can experience art-inspired wellness programmes, with art as a tool to revitalise the entirety of one’s being in activating the five senses: sight, smell, sound, touch and taste. Here's taking a closer look at some of the programme highlights that you and your family can look forward to:

Mindful Art Walk

This is a self-guided walk designed by artist and art therapist Lee Sze-Chin. Families can discover new relationships between people and places through the artworks, and journey through the different landscapes.

Scents-ing: Aroma Workshop

Families can create their own unique scent based on selected artworks from the UOB Southeast Asia gallery. This workshop aims to encourage a mindful and intentional appreciation for art through scents.

Art Therapy by Yoko Choo

Join art therapist Yoko Choi in this art therapy experiential workshop where she uses artworks as conversation starters and guide participants to further explore their feelings through artmaking.
