Celebrating Our Grands (COG), an annual event by Families for Life (FFL) to honour grandparents or elderly extended family members, returns this year with a picnic that everyone in the family, young or old, will enjoy! Head down for a day of family fun with exciting activity booths and stage programmes!
This celebration, held a day after Children’s Day, aims to encourage inter-generational bonding and foster family values of Love, Care & Concern, Commitment, and Respect in the young.
A Picnic For Everyone
The picnic will be held at Gardens by the Bay where families can spend quality time with your ‘grands’ and let them know how much they mean to you!
The first 30 families with grandparents (up to 5 pax per family) will get to have caricature artists sketch fun portraits of your family on the spot. There will also be live band performances with song dedication too!
There will also be a food truck giving out free snacks loved by families through all generations! Other activities for families include Bouncy Castles, Becky Bunny Meet and Greets, Becky Bunny Tattoo Sticker Booth and more!
The first 200 families to arrive will receive complimentary FFL picnic mats.
