PS.Cafe Opens At Jewel Changi Airport

Known for its delectable classic comfort food and decadent urban escapes, PS.Cafe has landed at Jewel Changi Airport. The 11th PS.Cafe outlet in Singapore showcases the brand’s signature design treatment, transforming it into a beautiful sanctuary in the brand’s now legendary hallmark style.

The Space

PS.Cafe at Jewel is inspired by the functional elegance of yesteryear’s aviation travel. It features sleek lines, geometric patterns, and the thoughtful application of modern materials, embodying a timeless fusion of form and function. Stately vaulted ceilings illuminated by soft lights and a colour palette of white, black and chrome are brought to life by the thoughtful application of mixed media, blending tile, wood and glass. Glorious floral displays provide a stunning backdrop against which guests will dine on the brand’s signature comfort food. The 80-seater space caters to both indoor and ‘outdoor’ seating, whereby on the outdoor patio, guests can dine with a view nestled in nature, overlooking the stunning Jewel Changi vortex.

Menu Classics

A fan favourite for over two decades, the Simply Seared Barramundi ($33++) features a juicy barramundi steak which rests atop a fragrant shrimp, coconut and lemongrass risotto.

Those who are looking for something fresh and green can opt for the crisp goodness of the PS. Caesar ($24++), which features a luscious mix of fresh baby cos, bacon, parmesan house-baked croutons and homemade dressing.

When thinking of PS.Cafe, pasta is never far from mind with delicious offerings such as the Crispy Soft Shell Crab & Prawn Marinara ($32++), Spicy King Prawn Aglio Olio ($30++) and PS. Spaghettini Bolognese ($27++) being a few of the tantalising options available.

The brand’s iconic Truffle Shoestring Fries ($18++) remain an ever-present menu classic.

No round-up of PS.Cafe classics could ever be deemed complete without the mention of the iconic PS. Burger ($32++), which features an Australian barley fed angus patty, vintage cheddar, wilted spinach, crispy smoked bacon, tomato, and crispy onions. All of this yumminess is sandwiched between two toasted sesame buns and accompanied by classic shoestring fries.

New Dishes

New dishes making their debut at PS.Cafe Jewel include two new additions to the brand’s ‘Street’ section of the menu in the form of Rickshaw Wanton Noodles ($29++) and PS.Cafe’s own take on the classic Singapore Chicken Rice ($28++) which comes complete with a deep fried, marinated chicken leg, fragrant rice and wanton soup.
