A Parisian-Inspired PS.Cafe at Marina Bay Sands
Hailed for its delicious comfort food and beautiful urban escapes, PS.Cafe has unveiled its latest city sanctuary, PS.Cafe Marina Bay Sands. Each PS.Cafe has its own design story and this outlet is no different. Parisian cafe culture was the inspiration for PS.Cafe Marina Bay Sands, which features the brand’s signature black and white aesthetic alongside high level detailing to create a stunning yet intimate dining setting.
When casting an eye over the Marina Bay Sands venue, thoughtful accents such as the use of tile, brass and marble conjure feelings of grandeur from a bygone time. A highlight of the 86-seater space is the floating island, gracefully suspended within the Canal At The Shoppes. Sheltered by parasols, guests visiting the island platform will find a private space that is flooded with light, reminiscent of a romantic dining experience along the Seine River in the heart of Paris itself, where guests can while their afternoon away whilst enjoying refreshments.
An Extensive Outlet Menu
When dining at PS.Cafe Marina Bay Sands, guests can expect scrumptious PS.Cafe classics, as well as the debut of some brand new creations.
The extensive outlet menu features the popular PS. Big Breakfast ($29++) - a breakfast fit for a king indeed, where you can look forward to glistening fresh eggs, rashers of smoked bacon, spinach, baked beans, the choice of an angus or pork sausage, buttered toast and a rocket and basil salad along with honey truffle dressing.
Those who are looking for something fresh and green can opt for the wholesome goodness of the Superfood Salad ($27++), which features a luscious medley of nature’s best in the form of fresh blueberries, baked pumpkin, quinoa, broccoli, roasted almonds, garlic, and crispy romaine.
Staunch favourites you can’t go wrong with include the PS. Burger ($32++) – a meat lover’s dream consisting of a juicy beef patty, vintage cheddar, tomatoes, and smoked bacon. Vegetarians have not been forgotten either, with many dishes such as the PS.Burger being modifiable to suit the needs of those on plant based diets.
PS.Cafe’s iconic Truffle Shoestring Fries ($18++) also remain ever-present as a classic staple.
Delectable New Additions
Adding a little spice to the menu, those who enjoy southeast Asian flavours will rejoice at the Buttermilk Chicken Nasi Lemak ($26++), which features tender chicken pieces clad in a deliciously crispy coating, accompanied by fragrant coconut rice, pickled vegetables and a fried sunny side up egg.
Another addition to PS.Cafe’s street food inspired section of the menu is the gloriously comforting Duck Confit Curry with Crispy Roti ($29++). This dish features a succulent crispy duck leg with potato cutlets, which have been drenched in a fragrant curry sauce and accompanied by a freshly made crispy roti.
Another new addition to the menu’s mains is the Chicken in a Basket ($30++). Juicy chicken tenders rest on a bed of shoestring fries and are accompanied by a tamarind chilli and kaffir lime aioli.
Those in the mood for a decadent brunch will be glad to hear that PS.Cafe’s brunch menu is available on weekends from 10am to 4pm, boasting the brand’s delectable Salmon Eggs Royale ($31++) and Butterscotch Pancakes ($23++), which is accompanied by a summer berry compote, poached peaches, whipped vanilla ricotta and a butterscotch sauce.
Dessert lovers will not be disappointed either, with the famous and extremely generously portioned Double Chocolate Blackout Cake ($18++) and the iconic Sticky Date Pudding ($15++), as well as other delicious confections remaining staples of the dessert menu.

PS.Cafe Marina Bay Sands also premieres two new desserts. The Mixed Berry Cheesecake Brownie ($18++) and the Sweet & Sour Lemon Tart ($15++), which is a deliciously zingy dessert marrying the sweetness of stewed raspberries with the satisfying tartness of fresh lemon encased within a classic crumb base.
