Each dumpling is meticulously handmade with top-grade pearl glutinous rice, and nestled with finely mashed red bean - lending a subtle hint of sweetness to this traditional delicacy!
The dumpling is then skilfully wrapped with aromatic bamboo leaves in a unique pillow-shape which allows it to be evenly steamed.
