DBS Marina Regatta is back again this year and a look at its line-up will tell you that it hasn’t skimped on all the excitement in its aim to inspire Singaporeans to be more environmentally friendly.
Catch the adrenaline-filled dragon boat race, featuring a total of 100 teams from Canada, Australia, Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Brunei and Singapore! The race will be held over the weekend.
The humongous 23,000 sq ft maze, made from 95% recycled material, is the main highlight of the event. If you’re up for the challenge, you’ll have to climb, crawl, jump and swing your way through 10 various eco-themed obstacles within 12 minutes.
Aside from that you can try out various water sports like dragon boating and paddle boating (no prior experience required), take advantage of the free sailing sessions, get hands-on with eco-friendly workshops, and challenge your little ones to life-sized versions of old-school games like Jenga.
Be sure to come on an empty tummy so that you can fill up on affordable and mouth-watering fares such as meat kebabs, Mentaiko Eggs, Cajun Fries, Churros, rainbow tea, and so much more!
