East Villa at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir are a set of villas set on a hill slope within forested vegetation and amidst a canopy of trees, and offer park and reservoir views.

The East Villa consist of 10 villas located at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir available for booking by HomeTeamNS members and the public*. These full-sized villas are perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, parties, private gatherings and festive celebrations.
*While the villas are open to public booking, bookings are currently only available for members until Jun 2023, and there is no information about public booking at the time of writing.

Our Villa - The Deluxe Reservoir Villa
The Deluxe Reservoir Villa is a 144 sqm 3-room villa. The rooms include a king-size bed, queen size bed and a room with 2 single beds. Each villa is 3 floors high, 2 indoors and the 3rd is an outdoor balcony
The Bedrooms
On level 1, you will find the room with 2 single beds and a toilet. Climb upstairs to 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size and 1 king-sized) and another toilet.
The room with the queen-sized bed has a window that overseas the living room. The kids were definitely really excited to see it!
The toilets are not ensuite and to the kids' disappointment, do not come with bathtubs. Those who enjoy a rain shower will be please to know that both toilets have a proper rain shower.
Living, Dining, Kitchen and BBQ
On the first level, you will get a kitchen space with a induction cooker, fridge and hot & cold water dispenser. At the same level is the living space with TV connected to a game console with 100s of games!
Also located on the first level of your villa is an outdoor space with a dining and BBQ area. Do note that the BBQ pit is the electric type which is great (except for having marshmallow) because it is fast, clean and efficient!
Balcony
From outside the villa, you will also find a staircase that leads to the balcony with 2 chairs and a tiny table. From here, you can get a good view of Bedok Reservoir, otherwise, it does feel that this space is quite wasted.
Villa Amenities
Here, we are listing a couple of items that we found that families may find useful that are available. This includes 6 towels, 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, fork, spoon, cups, kids plates and cups, a scissors, a cooking pot and a pan.
For those planning to BBQ or party, we suggest bringing knifes, plates and bowls, tissue paper, wet wipe, insect repellant and dish detergent.
Club Amenities
Your stay comes with 2 complimentary parking per night, 10 entries to the infinity pool per day and 4 access pass to the gym, Fitness Workz Garage! Apart from these facilities, families can also play at Action Motion, Aqua Adventure (not yet open at time of writing) and have a meal at the various F&B options!
The pool area includes a lap pool, kids pool and a infinity pool. The serious swimmers will be at the lap pool, so families are usually playing at the kids or infinity pool.
*Note that your passes will expire once you check out. We have feedback about this and suggested for passes to be valid for the full day so that families can continue to enjoy the amenities after checking out too.
F&B Options
Families staying at the villa will be please to know that there are a range of F&B options available. This includes Sri Bistari, Sum Dim Sum, Xiao Mu Deng Hotpot, Georges Bar, Burger King, and Fun Toast.
For those who need last min. items, there is a 7-Eleven to satisfied your late night cravings too!
Access via the HomeTeamNS App
You can use the HomeTeamNS App to access your room, infinity pool and gym by scanning the QR codes available when you log-in with your check-in details.
*During our stay the App was not working fine. If you face any issues, you can approach the concierge located near East Villa entrance for help.
Villa Packages and Booking
There are 4 types of villas available for booking, each villa looks quite similar and we think the main difference is where they are located within the compound and the view that you get. For example, the Deluxe Reservoir and Premium Reservoir Villas get a view of the reservoir while the Garden Villa does not.
Bookings can be made 3 months in advance via the HomeTeamNS App.
Packages are priced according to the villa type and booking period. Only HomeTeamNS Members can book the Peak (Fri - Sun and School Holidays) and Super Peak (Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays) periods. Pricing range from $400 to $870 per night and you can get the latest pricing details here.
