Once you enter the land, you will come across Sweet Surrender, a store topped with a giant jawbreaker vending machine and the mischievous Minions around. This candy-themed store features a diverse selection of Minion-themed apparel, plush toys, homeware, confections, and other fun souvenirs.

Other than sweets and merchandise, Pop Store is where you can get the latest fashion items and trendiest styles with a Minion twist. Finally, don’t forget to get your cute accessories and toys at the Fun Store toy shop run by the beloved Minions.

Special Merchandise

To mark the opening of Minion Land on February 14, 2025, two limited edition, Universal Studios Singapore-exclusive Super Silly Space Killer figures will be launched: a premium vinyl collectible in iridescent finish (limited to 100 pieces) and a full-coloured vinyl figure (limited to 1,000 pieces).

The full Super Silly Fun Land Collection drops on the same day, capturing the vibrant energy of the land’s carnival area with 15 items spanning themed apparel, homeware, and souvenirs. Highlights include a whimsical 3D mug, playful 3D blue bucket hat, and fun puzzle keychain. The collection's bold, colourful designs focus on iconic elements like the Silly Swirly ride and the Space Killer game booth.

Gru’s Neighbourhood

Adjacent to Minion Marketplace is Gru's Neighbourhood, a place where the former supervillain now lives with his family - Lucy and the girls aka Margo, Edith, and Agnes. This is where the famous Gru's lab lies too.

While you are here, look forward to the popular Despicable Me Minion Mayhem attraction. It is a simulator ride that will bring you on an unpredictable ride to explore Gru’s super villain laboratory as you are transformed into Minions for his latest scheme!

Photos and videos are not allowed within the ride itself, but we can share it is an exciting ride with many tilts, bumps and turns. Suitable for kids too.

Super Silly Fun Land

Remember the seaside carnival from Despicable Me where Gru and the girls had their momentous Fun Day while enjoying some rides? You can visit that place at Super Silly Fun Land!

Located right across the street from Minion Marketplace and Gru’s Neighbourhood, this colorful venue with sweeping views of the lagoon offers various fun rides and games, as well as deliciously themed food.

This is also where the first-ever Minion dance party-themed carousel, the Buggie Boogie is located. Hop aboard a fleet of space bugs and silly creatures and boogie to popular songs that have been remixed by the Minions, helmed by DJ Carl.

Another attraction you might want to try is the Silly Swirly. Take off in uniquely styled ride vehicles and spin and soar through the sky while catching views of Super Silly Fun Land and the lagoon.

Families should also take note of the following height restrictions for the rides.

  • Despicable Me Minion Mayhem: Between 102cm to 122cm, will need a supervising companion. In addition, those below 102cm can still sit on stationary seats with supervising companion.
  • Buggie Boogie: no min height requirement. But below 122cm will need a supervising companion
  • Silly Swirly: Between 92cm to 122cm, will need a supervising companion

Try the game booth at Space Killer ($8 per blast) to beat the odds and win prizes like Fluffy, Agnes’ plush unicorn! And if you are eager to try more games, come to the Ba-Na-Na CaBaNa ($5 per banana)! to flip some bananas and earn a reward from the Minions.

Dining at the Super Hungry Food Stand

Feeling hungry yet? Don’t worry! The Super Hungry Food Stand is just one step away. The all-new restaurant is the larger-than-film version of the waterfront snack stand from Despicable Me.

The Super Hungry Food Stand is a charming boardwalk eatery serving up hearty fare. Guests can tuck into many brand new and delectable offerings at this restaurant unique to Universal Studios Singapore. These include the Unlucky Ducky Creamy Chicken Stew, Stuart’s Japanese Curry Karaage, Super Silly Veggie Burger, and Mini Boss Lunch Box. Guests can also stop by Pop-A-Nana for Minion-inspired popcorn flavours.

The themed environment features classic carnival game kiosks – Down-a-Clown, Lucky Ducky, and Balloon Dart – that have been taken over by none other than the Minions.

Minute of Minion Mayhem - New Show

More mischief abounds as the Minions and Gru’s girls – Margo, Edith, and Agnes – take over the streets in an all-new show, Minute of Minion MayhemWith fart guns, catchy dance moves, and a meet and greet at the end, guests will be in for an unforgettable time.

Show timings to be confirmed.

Meet & Greet and Photo Spots

Fans who can’t get enough of their favourite characters can look out for additional meet and greets throughout the land, featuring the Minions, Gru and Lucy, and the girls.

The most important photo you need to take is at the entrance with the Minion Land sign, and you may have already notice that almost the entire themed area is filled with photo spots. Here's a couple that we love to highlight!

Also near the entrance are 2 grass sculptures of Minions, Gru and the girls. Definitely grab your photos here.

Just outside Sweet Escape is a pool-themed sculpture of the minions having a pool-side day. Another great photo spot not to be missed. You can try going round the sculpture to take different angles too.

This is a little find that we thought was pretty cute. At the first waiting room of Minute of Minion Mayhem, there a little drawing of the girls. It is on the right side entrance when you face the entrance from the inside. We thought it a pretty cute photo to grab with the kids too!
