SkyParc @ Dawson is designed to be in a scenic park-like environment – ‘Housing-In-A-Park’ – with landscaped terraces integrated with the residential blocks. The design offers a variety of public open spaces to encourage community recreation and interaction at the ground level and roof gardens.

Families will discover a 200m eco-walkway, the Dawson Community Eco-Corridor, that runs parallel to the Alexandra Canal Linear Park and preserves the original mature street trees giving instant impact, shade, landscape character, and habitat value.

Along the Eco-Corridor, families will also discover Insect Hotels that serves to beautify the area while enhancing the habitat for wildlife. They attract beneficial insects and provide educational opportunities for children of all ages to learn about flora and fauna.

If you are planning to visit Alexandra Canal Linear Park or Alexandra Park Connector, we suggest bringing the kick scooters and bicycles too! And if the kids like to cool off at the Alexandra Canal Water Play area, an additional change of clothes and a towel are must-brings.

Getting Here
