40g caster sugar
45g plain flour
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Next add the vanilla extract and then the flour.
Put the dough in the mould indents then cook on the P2 programme for 12 min.
When you take the mould out, gently make small holes in the barquettes. Leave to cool before filling with chocolate spread.
