Delicious and easy-to-make Bakar Pandan for the family!Author:
250 ml water
5 pandan leaves
250g plain flour
200g white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
560ml coconut milk
2 tbsp margarine
Green food colouring
For Pandan Juice
For Kuih Bakar
Heat up Cake Factory to 170deg for 7 mins
Coarsely chop the pandan leaves and blend with water to produce a cup of pandan juice. Strain and put aside.
In a clean blender, place plain flour with sugar, salt , coconut milk, egg, margarine, the strained pandan juice and green colouring. Blend and strain to ensure a smooth batter.
Heat up the Cake Factory muffin moulds with a bit of oil for 5 mins.
After 5 mins, sprinkle some sesame seed and the batter till 3/4 full. Top off with more sesame seed.
Bake for 45 minutes till golden brown on the sides
