The experience begins with a Caprese Salad, featuring creamy mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, fresh rockets and parma ham, finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction. For the pasta course, diners may choose one from two favourites - the Fettuccine Salsiccia, tossed with minced pork sausage, button mushrooms and truffle cream sauce, or the Spaghetti Prawns, prepared in a tomato-based sauce with lemon zest and rockets.
Couples can share one pizza, choosing between the Pumpkin Pizza, layered with a pumpkin base, mozzarella, parma ham and gorgonzola, or the Fresh Fig Pizza, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh figs, rockets and shaved parmesan. To end on a sweet note, diners may select one dessert from Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, or Torta Pistocchi.
