Science Centre Singapore & Attractions: Updated Opening Times & Ticketing

Following the shift into Phase 3 (Heightened Alert), Science Centre Singapore and its Group of Attractions will be revising its operating hours 18 June 2021 onwards.

Science Centre Singapore

Please note the following updates when visiting Science Centre Singapore, KidsSTOP and Snow City Singapore from 18 June 2021. 

Science Centre Singapore and KidsSTOP

From 18 to 27 June 2021Science Centre Singapore and KidsSTOP™ will open daily. Both the morning and afternoon sessions will resume with increased operating capacity from the current 25% to 50%. The Omni-Theatre will open in line with Science Centre’s operating hours and movie sessions will be scheduled accordingly.
  • Science Centre Singapore, KidsSTOP™ and the Omni-Theatre will remain closed from 14 to 17 June 2021.
  • Admission tickets to the Centre’s Group of Attractions will only be available online for groups of up to five people

Snow City Singapore

Snow City Singapore will increase operating capacity from 25% to 50% capacity with groups of up to five pax from Tuesdays to Fridays from 10am to 5pm, and on weekends, school and public holidays from 10am to 6pm, with tickets available based on either an hourly basis or 2-hourly basis. Close Quarter Battle will resume from 14 June 2021. All maintenance, sanitisation and disinfection works will be carried out during operating hours.

Purchasing Tickets

Admission tickets to the Centre’s Group of Attractions will only be available online for groups of up to five people. You may visit here to purchase your tickets (SingapoRediscovers Vouchers eligible). 

Postponement of Visits

As previously announced, guests who have purchased more than two admission tickets for a visit on and after 16 May 2021, may visit this site to request for a new visit date. Meanwhile, all unredeemed tickets purchased before 16 May 2021 will be valid for up to 13 Sep 2021. All science shows will be cancelled from 16 May to 13 June 2021. 

Affected ticket holders will receive an email with more details.

Some workshops scheduled between 16 May to 13 June across attractions will also be postponed to a later date. A representative from Science Centre Singapore will reach out to those affected by 21 May 2021. Alternatively, you may write in to feedback@science.edu.sg with regards to the changes.
