Club Med Bintan is leaning further into this by rolling out a series of 2026 updates designed to make family holidays feel even more like a breezy retreat. The focus is on "seamless rhythm"—meaning less time spent checking schedules and more time following the kids' lead between the pool, the buffet, and the new play zones.

The resort is doubling down on high-energy spaces where kids can burn off steam while parents stay within "coffee-sipping distance."

• Amazing Family! Hub (Launching July 2026): This is the crown jewel of the renovation. A 300-square-metre dedicated social space featuring an indoor playground, interactive games, and even karaoke rooms. It is designed for families to play together rather than just dropping the kids off.

• The Splash Pad: A new, energetic water play area specifically for younger guests. It provides a safe environment for toddlers and primary-aged children to get drenched while parents lounge nearby.

• Pickleball Courts: Keeping up with the trend, new courts have been added for a social, multi-generational game that even younger kids can pick up quickly.

• The Grill (Opening Late 2026): A new evening concept focusing on premium meats and seafood—ideal for a "date night" feel without leaving the resort.

Club Med is progressively renovating all 308 rooms throughout 2026, moving away from dated decor to a contemporary coastal aesthetic.
