Each Episode Is An Adventure

“Cars on the Road” kicks off in the familiar town of Radiator Springs where Mater shocks his friends by revealing he has a sister and is preparing to drive across the country to attend her wedding. Sensing his reluctance, Lightning McQueen offers (and immediately regrets) to tag along and make it a fun road trip.

Through nine episodes, each approximately eight minutes in length, the pair traverses the nation and stumbles into some rather unusual and comical situations! Every stop is its own adventure, with outrageous roadside attractions and colorful new characters.

Adventure, Humour and Friendship

The core of the series is the friendship between Lightening McQueen and Mater. The series throws in adventure and humour making it a lighthearted family-movie-night kind of series.

So if you are looking for something easy to watch, "Cars On The Road" is a great option. Each episode is loosely linked and you can watch the episodes together or individually.

Available On Disney+

All episodes of “Cars on the Road” begin streaming on Disney+ Day, September 8, only on Disney+.
