Thumbs Up Little Junior, a SPH Media Chinese student publication for preschoolers, is organising a free Parent-Only Paper Puppetry Workshop, Let’s Turn Paper into Puppets!, to teach parents fundamental puppetry skills that they can use at home with their children. Through the use of puppetry techniques, parents can engage their child and support their development of Chinese language skills in a creative manner.
This workshop is a unique opportunity for parents of preschoolers who are keen to explore creative ways to instill a love for the Chinese language in their children.
*This workshop will be conducted in Mandarin.
What will you be doing?
You will be diving into the enchanting world of puppetry, learning to create magical moments that will captivate your little one. Workshop highlights include
- Explore the Magic of Paper: Discover the limitless potential of a simple sheet of paper and learn how to transform it into captivating characters and scenes.
