Be sure to capture beautiful memories with your family and friends as you wander picturesque paths lined with colourful lanterns inspired by Chinese mythology, legends and cultures depicting reunion, fate and affinity. What's more! Catch different cultural performances, activities, and bond with your loved ones over fun carnival games and a variety of delicious street food that the marketplace offers.

Lantern Displays
A yearly highlight, the Lantern Displays will light up Gardens by the Bay from 6 pm to 10 pm daily. There will be 9 installations where families can get their best family pictures at!
At the Golden Garden, families can step inside the Garden of Blooms and discover a secret garden beyond the beautiful moon gate, featuring flora of great significance to Chinese culture, including the lotus, peach blossom, and bamboo.
At the SuperTree Grove, you will find the Pavilion, a classic feature of a Chinese Garden, the Lanna Lanterns, Colourful Blossoms, Our Secret Garden and Blooming in Dance.
Inspired by the Chinese mythological tale of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, the Magpie Bridge showcases a flock of magpies forming a bridge with their wings to reunite the lovers over the Dragonfly Lake.
Also another inspiration piece, The Butterfly Lovers reimagines the poignant romance story between protagonists Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai at the Floral Clock.
And finally, the Colonnade is lighted up by the colourful lanterns, designed and hand-painted by people from various walks of life at the Colonnade of Light.
