In celebration of the upcoming National Day, Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) will be having a new Light & Music Showcase at the Jewel Rain Vortex featuring one of the nation's most popular National Day songs, Home (1998) by Kit Chan.Ā
Projections of Iconic Elements in Singapore
The inspiration behind this showcase stems from the desire to evoke a sense of pride and belonging among Singaporeans. By pairing the beloved melody of āHomeā with stunning projections of Singaporeās iconic elements such as Changi Airportās control tower and theĀ Singapore crest, Jewel aims to create an uplifting experience for all visitors viewing the show.Ā
In a departure from the previous shows that primarily featured solid color animations, this new show projects traditional hand-drawn illustrations and animations, reminiscent of a watercolour effect.Ā

Happening at the iconic Jewel Rain Vortex, the show will happen daily throughout the month of Aug, at the following timings
- Mon to Thu: 8.00pm & 9.00pmĀ
- Fri to Sun, PH & Eve of PH: 8.00pm, 9.00pm & 10.00pmĀ
