Free Classes From Decathlon You Can Do At Home!

With most of our June Holiday plans are put on hold, you may be interested to know that Decathlon Singapore Lab is providing a series of free sporting online classes for people of all ages to join in. 

We are approaching the halfway mark of the year, and also halfway through the June holidays (except for certain grades that will be going back to school later)! Some of us may be unsure about heading out for the rest of the June holidays and are seeking more online-home-based activities to keep the children entertained and occupied.

Yoga Fundamentals

This will be a well-rounded yoga class that focuses on a wee bit of everything that is fundamental to yoga. Bring a mat, towel and a curious mind to explore!

Calling all parents! What better way to start your Sunday morning than with a session of Yoga to relax and rejuvenate the mind as well as to gear us up for the upcoming work week? This session is perfect for Yoga lovers across different stages in their journey (Beginner to Advanced are welcomed) and helps to promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility and overall well-being. All attendees are recommended to be prepared with a towel, water bottle, yoga mat and a yoga block for the session.
